Досліджено економічний зміст категорій «інтелектуальний капітал», «інвестиції», «гудвіл» та механізм інвестування інтелектуального капіталу підприємства за рахунок зростання якості персоналу. Запропоновано організацію обліку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності на підприємстві. Economic maintenance of categories is explored «intellectual capital», «investments», «goodwill» and mechanism of investing of intellectual capital of enterprise due to growth of quality of personnel.
