У статті висвітлено процес бюджетування на підприємстві. Наведено перелік бюджетів, які розробляються на підприємстві та виокремлено етапи бюджетування. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності бюджетного контролю на підприємстві. In the article the process of budgeting at an enterprise is clarified. The list of budgets being drawn up at an enterprise is given and the stages of budgeting are pointed out. The efforts resulting in increase of budget control efficiency at an enterprise are offered.
