У даній статті розглянуті питання взаємозв’язку розвитку соціально-трудового потенціалу з установленням та вирішенням глобальних цілей суспільства в Україні. Визначені умови та методи консолідації суспільства на вирішення нагальних соціально-економічних питань країни, одним з яких є формування соціально-трудового потенціалу у відповідності до вимог сталого розвитку. In this article the considered questions of intercommunication of development of social-labour potential with determination and decision of global aims of society in Ukraine. Terms and methods of consolidation of society at the decision of the most main socio-economic questions of country are certain, one of which is forming of social-labour potential in accordance with the requirements of modern development.
