Проведено дослідження зношених поверхонь колінчастих валів автомобільних двигунів. Проаналізовано закономірності утворення дефектів колінчастих валів двигунів вантажних автомобілів. З цією метою досліджено вибірку з 20 двигунів. Визначено які саме дефекти найбільше впливають на ресурс колінчастих валів. Проаналізували методи відновлення та вибрали оптимальний. Проведені дослідження використання електроіскрового нарощування, експерименти з нарощування шару на стальні зразки. The purpose of the article. To study the level of defects of crankshafts of automobile engines, to analyze methods of restoration and to choose the optimal one. To conduct experiments on the use of electric spark build-up, to determine the optimal materials for build-up, as well as the parameters of the technological process.
