У статті розглянуті проблеми, пов’язані із взаємозв’язком та взаємозалежністю зайнятості та
інноваційних процесів. Висвітлено тенденції інноваційної діяльності підприємств та зайнятості в
інноваційній сфері науковців та інженерно-технічних працівників. Запропоновано заходи, щодо
поліпшення ситуації в галузі зайнятості населення висококваліфікованих працівників. In the articles considered problems, related to intercommunication and interdependence of employment
and innovative processes. The tendencies of innovative activity of enterprises and employment are reflected in the innovative sphere of research workers and engineer-technical workers.
