    Efficiency of using turning machining centers

    The article examines ways to improve the quality of machined surfaces at modern machining centers. In particular, the possibility of using cutters made using Wiper technology. The efficiency of using modern machining centers was evaluated, the corresponding dependencies were built, which prove the feasibility of using turning machining centers. Further prospects are established for further improving the productivity of processing parts at machining centers, in particular, the use of automatic parts loading devices or industrial robots that allow reducing equipment downtime. В статті досліджено шляхи підвищення якості оброблюваних поверхонь на сучасних обробних центрах. Зокрема можливість використання різців, що виготовлені з використанням технології Wiper. Проведено оцінку ефективності використання сучасних обробних центрів, побудовані відповідні залежності, що доводять доцільність використання токарних обробних центрів. Встановлені подальші перспективи щодо подальшого підвищення продуктивності обробки деталей на обробних центрах, зокрема використання автоматичних пристроїв завантаження деталей чи промислових роботів, які дозволяють зменшити час простоювання обладнання.

    The research of conditions of changing grips positions in the working area of the machine tool

    This article proposes the use of calculation and layout schemes of robotic complexes, on the basis of which it is possible to determine the actual value of the robot's service time for technological equipment. Also, the conditions for changing grips in places in the working area of the machine were analyzed and formulas were determined for calculating the required amount of free space in different directions. В даній статті запропоновано використання розрахунково-компонувальних схем роботизованих комплексів, на основі яких можна визначити дійсну величину часу обслуговування роботом технологічного обладнання. Також, проаналізовано умови зміни захватів місцями в робочій зоні верстату та визначені формули для розрахунку необхідної величини вільності простору в різних напрямках.
