The article describes the modeling process for formation and realization enterprise innovative potential management on the bases of the main functions system. The study made it possible to develop a management model for formation and realization enterprise innovative potential management based on a modified system of main functions, which includes organizational, functional and software support. The aim of enterprise innovative potential modeling is an algorithm of strictly successive actions related to the decision-making processes in this sphere and their implementation control. Β«Main functions systemΒ» organizes, formalizes controlling subsystem operation in the shire of causes which the lead to the expected results. The given model transforms traditional hierarchical organization structure with a vertically organized structure, activates management functions, gives a new quality to the system of formation and realization enterprise innovative potential management, and is based on matrix horizontal integration. The model facilitates automation of date collection, processing and analysis. It pays special attention to monitoring, controlling of enterprise innovational potential and the assessment of management decisions in the field of formation and realization of enterprise innovative potential. To make the processes of formation and realization of enterprise innovative potential more vivid in practice it has been suggested to present formation model management and the model of realization enterprise innovational potential management separately. The given model is dynamic enough; it can include new elements, which make it possible to construct the management algorithm in a greater detail. The model improves the enterprise management organizational structure in accordance with the requirements of innovation activity, creates a functional algorithm of successive actions in the cause sphere, informationally connects management subjects, atomizes management, increases the effectiveness enterprise innovational potential management.
