В статті приведені результати дослідження впливу факторів на якісну і кількісну складові формування робочої сили молоді. Виокремлено і проаналізовано стан факторів, визначені шляхи покращення формування робочої сили молоді в регіоні. In the article the resulted results of research of influence of factors on high-quality and quantitative component formings of labour force of young people. Selected and analysed the state of factors, the ways of improvement of forming of labour force of young people are certain in a region.
