Проаналізовано тенденції управління використанням та розвитком інтелектуального потенціалу зайнятого в економіці населення. Розроблено рекомендації, спрямовані на вдосконалення існуючих підходів у державному управлінні цими процесами. The tendencies of management the use and development of the intellectual potential of the population employed in the economy have been analyzed. Recommendations to improve existing approaches to the state management of these processes have been worked out.
