В статті здійснено аналіз еколого-економічних наслідків підтоплення міських територій на
прикладі м. Кіровограда та запропоновано новий підхід щодо ліквідації та попередження процесів
підтоплення. In the article the analysis of ekologo-ekonomics consequences of submergence of city territories on an example is carried out Kirovograd and new approach is offered in relation to liquidation and warning of processes of submergence.
