Г.; Rublov, Vladislav; Оpalkо, ViktoriaДля забезпечення і збереження споживчих властивостей сільськогосподарської техніки необхідна інформація про можливі зміни її властивостей на всіх стадіях життєвого циклу, причини і відповідні рішення щодо їх усунення. Для об’єктивної оцінки технічного стану зернових сівалок вирішувалися наступні задачі: виявлення недоліків у передексплуатаційний і експлуатаційний період, їх опис та аналіз; розробка статистичних методів контролю; розробка рекомендацій щодо усунення виявлених недоліків. Результати досліджень сівалок вітчизняного і іноземного виробництва у передексплуатаційний і експлуатаційний періоди свідчать, що недоліки виготовлення відрізняються як номенклатурою показників так і кількістю їх в агрегатах, вузлах і деталях. Розроблені довідники оцінки недоліків виготовлення сівалок з їх фотографіями і описом; карти контролю з використанням статистичних методів. To ensure and maintain consumer properties of agricultural machinery information is necessary about possible changes of parameters at all stages of the life cycle , ca//uses and appropriate solutions of its elimination. For an objective evaluation of the technical condition of grain seeders following tasks are solved: identification of defects in the pre-operational and operational period , their description and analysis , the development of statistical methods for monitoring and development of recommendations on removal of its defects . The research results of seeders of domestic and foreign production in the pre-operational and operational periods indicate that manufacturing defects differ by nomenclature of the indicators and by their quantity in units, aggregates and details . Developed handbooks of assessment of manufacturing defects of seeders with their photo and description card control using statistical methods.Item До обґрунтування нормативної документації щодо забезпечення якості технічного сервісу сільськогосподарської техніки(КНТУ, 2013) Рубльов, В. Розглянуті нормативні документи на відповідність вимогам переліку конструкторської документації при її розробці. Вказано на їх невідповідність законодавчим положенням України про стандарти, технічні регламенти та процедури оцінки відповідності. Сформульовані рекомендації із удосконалення конструкторської документації та їх реалізації з метою забезпечення якості технічного сервісу. Purpose of the work. To rework the existing design documentation for developing agricultural machinery taking into account the legislative requirements of the Ukraine. Brief description of the executed work. The analysis of legislative and normative requirements for the design documentation with respect to the guarantee of quality of the technical service of agricultural machinery is executed. The problem of its improvement is substantiated. Requirements for the development of design documentation are formulated. Recommendations regarding the guarantee of its realization are developed. Conclusions. Is determined the problem of the improvement of design documentation according to the execution of the technical service of agricultural machinery. Визначені основні перспективи виходу з кризового становища країни у напрямках проведення фундаментальних та прикладних наукових досліджень сучасного рівня, проектних і конструкторських розробок по створенню сільськогосподарської техніки, яка б відповідала кращим світовим аналогам. The article discloses problems in the development of agricultural mechanics in present-day conditions of Ukraine. The situation in the development of agricultural mechanics, agro-engineering science and agricultural machine building on the whole was analysed. The problems which interfere with national agricultural production to have high competitiveness, machine-building in particular, were grounded. Special attention was given to integration processes “science-production”. The low level of scientific research during last years and absence of its orientation which is connected with the absence of interest from the side of producers towards scientific and research work were noted. The main prospects in overcoming crisis in Ukraine in the directions of carrying out fundamental and applied scientific research at modern level, project and design development in construction of agricultural machines which correspond to best world analogues were defined.
