Визначено особливості підходу до управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Проаналізовано методологічні підходи до визначення та оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. В другому розділі здійснено аналіз конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств України. Проаналізовано експортний потенціал аграрного сектору економіки. Проведено аналіз експортної діяльності підприємства. В третьому розділі розроблено програми підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектору економіки. Розроблено концепцію забезпечення програми підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства та етапи її розробки. Здійснено SWOT- аналіз підприємства, виявлено слабкі сторони, сильні й сприятливі ринкові можливості, запропоновано шляхи усунення загроз і слабких сторін. Визначено напрями формування економічного механізму підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The first chapter defines the essence of enterprise competitiveness. The features of the approach to the management of enterprise competitiveness are defined. Methodological approaches to the definition and assessment of enterprise competitiveness are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. The export potential of the agricultural sector of the economy is analyzed. The export activity of enterprise is analyzed. The third chapter develops programs to improve the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the economy. The concept of providing a program to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise and the stages of its development is proposed. The SWOT-analysis of enterprise is carried out, weaknesses, strong and favorable market opportunities were identified as well as the ways to eliminate threats and deficiencies are proposed. The directions of formation of the economic mechanism for increasing of competitiveness of the enterprise are determined.Item Вплив глобальних процесів на економічну діяльність підприємств(ЦНТУ, 2022-12-28) Баришніков, Михайло Олексійович; Baryshnikov, MykhailoВ першому розділі викладено характеристику понять «глобалізація», «глобалізм», «конкуренція», досліджено сутність основних глобальних процесів, глобалізація як фактор загострення конкуренції між підприємствами. В другому розділі аналізовано особливості економічної діяльності АТ «Кіровоградське рудоуправління, продіагностовано конкурентоспроможность як фактор розвитку економіки у глобалізованому світі, досліджено ринок каоліну в Україні та світі. В третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, а також визначено переваги технології Індустрії 4.0. In the first chapter, the characteristics of the concepts "globalization", "globalism", "competition" are described, the essence of the main global processes, globalization as a factor of intensifying competition between enterprises is investigated. In the second chapter, the peculiarities of the economic activity of Kirovohrad Ore Management JSC are analyzed, competitiveness is diagnosed as a factor in the development of the economy in the globalized world, and the kaolin market in Ukraine and the world is studied. In the third section, ways to increase the competitiveness of enterprises are proposed, as well as the advantages of Industry 4.0 technology are determined.
