    Метою виконання роботи виступає створення та розширення теоретичних основ удосконалення бізнес-процесів діяльності сучасних підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації. Метою дослідження було з'ясувати необхідність вирішення наступних питань: дослідити фундаментальні принципи, характеристики та тенденції цифрової трансформації; дослідити значення стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами діяльності сучасних підприємств в контексті цифрової трансформації; описати та дослідити практичні методи оцінювання ефективності бізнес-процесів; здійснити загальну характеристику досліджуваного господарства та аналіз ефективності його господарської діяльності; визначити ефективність бізнес-процесі на досліджуваному підприємстві; пошук пропозицій щодо вдосконалення бізнес-процесів діяльності сучасних підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації. The purpose of the work is to create and expand the theoretical foundations of improving business processes of modern enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation. The purpose of the study was to clarify the need to address the following issues: to investigate the fundamental principles, characteristics and trends of digital transformation; to investigate the importance of strategic management of business processes of modern enterprises in the context of digital transformation; to describe and investigate practical methods for assessing the effectiveness of business processes; to carry out a general characteristic of the studied enterprise and analyze the effectiveness of its economic activity; to determine the effectiveness of the business process at the studied enterprise; to search for proposals for improving business processes of modern enterprises in the conditions of digital transformation.
