    Удосконалення менеджменту підприємства в умовах змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи - дослідження теоретичних основ менеджменту в умовах мінливості середовища, аналіз практики функціонування підприємства будівельно-дорожньої галузі та обґрунтування рекомендацій забезпечення його діяльності в умовах змін. Завдання роботи: - дослідити теоретичні засади специфічності функціонування менеджменту в умовах змін; - розкрити теоретичні методи та моделі реалізації концепцій менеджменту в умовах змін зовні та всередині підприємства; - оцінити менеджмент підприємства в умовах зовнішніх і внутрішніх змін через призму економічної стійкості та дієвості на прикладі філії «Кіровоградська дорожньо-експлуатаційна дільниця»; - надати обґрунтовані пропозиції удосконалення успішності менеджменту підприємства з урахуванням змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Об’єкт дослідження – менеджмент підприємства в умовах зовнішніх і внутрішніх змін. Предмет дослідження - теоретичні та прикладні аспекти здійснення менеджменту підприємства в умовах змін. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of management in a changing environment, analyze the practice of functioning of the enterprise in the construction and road industry and substantiate recommendations for ensuring its activities in the face of change. Tasks of the work: - to investigate the theoretical foundations of the specificity of the functioning of management in the conditions of change; - to reveal theoretical methods and models for implementing management concepts in the face of changes outside and inside the enterprise; - to evaluate the management of the enterprise in the conditions of external and internal changes through the prism of economic sustainability and efficiency on the example of the branch "Kirovograd Road Maintenance Department"; - to provide reasonable proposals for improving the success of enterprise management, taking into account changes in the external and internal environment. Object of research - enterprise management in the context of external and internal changes.     Підвищення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах нестабільності

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – дослідження ґенези та розроблення пропозицій з удосконалення забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах нестабільності. У кваліфікаційній роботі поставлені і вирішені такі завдання: -вивчено генезу явища економічної безпеки підприємства; -ідентифіковані ключові складові економічної безпеки підприємства; -розглянуто господарську діяльність Кіровоградської дорожньо-експлуатаційної дільниці через призму забезпечення економічної безпеки в сучасних нестабільних умовах; - обґрунтовані та запропоновані організаційно-економічні підходи до підвищення рівня економічної безпеки Кіровоградської дорожньо-експлуатаційної дільниці; -сформовано методичні підходи до уведення ризик-менеджменту на підприємстві на постійній основі. Об’єкт дослідження – економічна безпека підприємства. Предмет дослідження–теоретичні та прикладні аспекти проблеми економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах нестабільності. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the genesis and develop proposals for improving the economic security of the enterprise in conditions of instability. The qualification work sets and solves the following tasks: -The genesis of the phenomenon of economic security of the enterprise is studied; -The key components of economic security of the enterprise are identified; -the economic activity of the Kirovohrad Road Maintenance Department is considered through the prism of ensuring economic security in today's unstable conditions; - organizational and economic approaches to improving the level of economic security of the Kirovograd road maintenance section are substantiated and proposed; -methodical approaches to the introduction of risk management at the enterprise on an ongoing basis are formed. Object of research - economic security of the enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and applied aspects of the problem of economic security of an enterprise in conditions of instability.
