Для досягнення поставлених цілей сформульовані наступні завдання: вивчення теоретичних питань управління виробництвом сільськогосподарського підприємства; провести дослідження поточної організаційно-господарської діяльності товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «КАРАТ» та вивчити характеристику його виробничо-управлінську структуру; розробити методику вдосконалення процесу управління виробництвом ТОВ «КАРАТ» на основі розробленого бізнес-проекту вирощування сої та запропонованих заходів з оптимізації. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the measures to increase the profitability of agricultural enterprises, especially the researched enterprise LLC «KARAT», due to the improvement of the efficiency of management of business processes of production and optimization of its production procedures. To achieve the set goals, the following tasks were formulated: study of theoretical issues of production management of an agricultural enterprise; to conduct a study of the current organizational and economic activities of the LLC «KARAT» and to study the characteristics of its production and management structure; to develop a methodology for improving the production management process of LLC «KARAT» based on the developed soybean cultivation business project and proposed optimization measures. The purpose of the qualification work is to evaluate the specifics of the formation of the development strategy at the enterprise and to justify proposals for improving strategic approaches to the management of the enterprise's activities in the conditions of modern realities. In the work of the acquirer, the following tasks were solved: to consider the economic essence and classification of enterprise strategies; to determine the features of strategic management at enterprises in modern conditions; to investigate approaches to the development and implementation of a development strategy at the enterprise; to conduct an assessment of the state and dynamics of the economic activity of Primetech LLC; to carry out an analysis of the main indicators of the financial and economic results of the operation of the enterprise; to conduct a strategic analysis of the activities of Primetech LLC; to determine the strategic priorities of the company's development in modern conditions. The object of the study is the process of forming the company's development strategy.Item Удосконалення стратегії розвитку територіальної громади на прикладі Коблівської сільської ради(ЦНТУ, 2024-01) Олійник, Олена Миколаївна; Oliinyk, OlenaМета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у з’ясуванні теоретичних та практичних аспектів формування та удосконалення стратегії розвитку територіальної громади, на прикладі Коблівської сільської ради. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: дослідити теоретичні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку громади; розглянути діючу стратегію розвитку досліджуваної громади; провести аналіз проблем громади та запропонувати шляхи їх вирішення; провести SWOT-аналіз дослідивши сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози досліджуваної громади; надати дієві пропозиції щодо покращення економічної складової громади та її інвестиційної привабливості. Об’єктом дослідження було обрано публічну діяльність Коблівської сільської ради, яка представляє одну з найбільших громад Миколаївської області. The purpose of the qualification work is to clarify the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and improvement of the development strategy of the territorial community, on the example of the Kobleve village council. In the work, the applicant solved the following tasks: to study the theoretical aspects of forming a community development strategy; to consider the current development strategy of the community under study; to analyze the problems of the community and propose ways to solve them; to conduct a SWOT analysis by examining the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the community under study; to provide effective proposals for improving the economic component of the community and its investment attractiveness. The purpose of the qualification work is to study scientific hypotheses and design methodological and practical proposals for improving the strategic development of road maintenance enterprises.
