    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в узагальненні теоретичних засад та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки діяльності аграрного підприємства. Завданнями роботи є висвітлення теоретичних засад процесу управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки діяльності аграрного підприємства, оцінка ринкового середовища та фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства, дослідження стану управління економічною безпекою СФГ «Володар» та розробка пропозицій щодо його поліпшення. Об‘єкт дослідження – управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки діяльності аграрного підприємства. Предмет дослідження − теоретичні основи і практичні аспекти процесу управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки діяльності агарного підприємства. The purpose of the qualification work is to summarise the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the management of the system of ensuring the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The objectives of the work are to highlight the theoretical foundations of the process of managing the system of ensuring the economic security of an agricultural enterprise, to assess the market environment and financial and economic activities of the enterprise, to study the state of economic security management Farm «Volodar» and to develop proposals for its improvement. Object of research - management of the system of ensuring economic security of an agricultural enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the process of managing the system of ensuring economic security of an agricultural enterprise.

    Напрями забезпечення ефективності підприємницької діяльності в аграрній сфері

    Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні проблеми забезпечення ефективності підприємницької діяльності в аграрній сфері та обґрунтуванні шляхів та заходів щодо удосконалення окремих аспектів діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства, впровадження яких позитивно вплине на ефективність його роботи. Завданнями роботи є ознайомитись з сутністю сучасного підприємства, його основними принципами та завданнями; дослідити існуючий методичний інструментарій забезпечення ефективності підприємства; проаналізувати особливості підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарського підприємництва в сучасних реаліях; надати характеристику основних напрямків виробничої діяльності сільськогосподарського фермерського господарства «Рябенко С.К.»; проаналізувати фінансово-господарську діяльність сільськогосподарського підприємства; обґрунтувати оцінку поточного рівня ефективності СФГ «Рябенко С.К.»; запропонувати напрями забезпечення ефективності підприємницької діяльності на базі досліджуваного господарства. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the problem of ensuring the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector and to substantiate ways and measures to improve certain aspects of the agricultural enterprise, the implementation of which will positively affect the efficiency of its work. The objectives of the paper are to familiarize with the essence of a modern enterprise, its basic principles and tasks; to study the existing methodological tools for ensuring the efficiency of an enterprise; and to analyze the peculiarities of improving the efficiency of agricultural entrepreneurship in modern realities; to characterize the main directions of production activities of the agricultural farm «Ryabenko S.K.»; to analyze the financial and economic activities of the agricultural enterprise; to substantiate the assessment of the current level of efficiency of the agricultural farm «Ryabenko S.K.»; to propose directions for ensuring the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity on the basis of the studied farm. The subject of the study is a mechanism for improving the efficiency of an agricultural enterprise in modern conditions.
