Стаття присвячена дослідженню інтелектуальних ресурсів регіону. Здійснено оцінку стану
інтелектуальних ресурсів Кіровоградської області. Особливу увагу приділено проблемі недостатньо
ефективного використання інтелектуальних ресурсів регіону. Пропонуються можливі шляхи поліпшення
їх використання. The article is devoted to the intellectual resources of the region. We evaluated of the intellectual
resources of Kirovograd region. Particular attention is paid to the problem of inefficient use of intellectual
resources of the region. We offer ways to improve their use.
