А.The subject of the paper reveals the prospects of adopting the foreign experience to regulate the social development of human resources in Ukraine. In the global economic crisis, according to researchers, human resources should become the basis of the country's competitiveness on the world stage. Human resources accumulate skills, as well as they are mobile and adaptable to new challenges. By the author the definition of social development of human resources as a driving factor in strengthening the social welfare is presented, the main factors, which influence on it are identified and the mechanism of social development of human resources is presented. In paper the comparative analysis of the level of human resources development in Ukraine and other countries is conducted by the author. The position of Ukraine in the world ranking of human resources development was studied. Along with this, the Ukraine's place in the world ranking was determined by such indicators as: Human Capital Index, Quality of Life Index and the Legatum Prosperity Index. The author also identified the main weaknesses that hinder the achievement of efficiency in human resource management in general. The main vectors to which the state policy on human resources regulation should be directed were found out, and possible consequences of the global pandemic impact on further development of the state economy were highlighted. The tendencies of the global labour market were clarified and it is emphasized that in the economic crisis for the forming and development of human resources, in addition to overcoming the above problems, the state needs to strengthen influence on domestic enterprises to save workplaces. The paper also states that an important factor in the social development of human resources in the opinion of the world community is the forming of professional skills that will increase workforce competitiveness.Item The key determinants of the innovative oriented economies forming in the context of the world's countries prosperity ensuring(2020) Tkachuk, O.; Levchenko, A.; Kuzmenko, H.; Ткачук, О. І.The paper is devoted to the evaluation the impact of key determinants of innovation development and ensuring the worlds’ countries prosperity and working out the ways of increasing the innovative economic growth. By using the international statistic data of 40-ty countries, there were analyzed such indicators, as the level of GDP per capita and other indicators, such as expenditure on education, tertiary enrolment, graduates in science & engineering, number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment, intellectual property payments, high-tech imports, high-tech net exports and creative goods exports. As a result of calculating pairwise correlation coefficients between indicators, it was determined, that the most significant influence on the level of GDP per capita make such three variables: number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment. О.The purpose of this paper is to conduct a comparative analysis of human resources development in the countries of the world and in Ukraine, taking into account the global competitiveness index, the level of skills of current workforce and labour market development, components of innovation ecosystems such as business dynamism and innovation capability for 45 countries. Also, were analyzed the level of GDP per capita and the average monthly salary for these countries. It was marked out, that in the growth of innovation ecosystems the leading role play personnel professional development and availability in the country of specialists, capable for effective innovative work. At the same time, the increasing of globalization, integration and competition processes in the world leads to raising the demands for knowledge and skills of human resources. О.The objective of the article is to study the influence of political and economic factors on the situation on the world foreign exchange market, substantiate the importance of fundamental analysis in forecasting currency rates. The concept and mechanisms of functioning of the world currency market, its assets and specific features in comparison with other financial platforms are considered in the article. The need for special attention to fundamental analysis during the periods of global political and economic events is grounded. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the leading world currency pairs in recent years, the period from October 2016 to April 2017 was chosen for an analysis because that period is full of significant events in the world political and economic arena, which are powerful levers of the traders’ behavior, and hence the direction of the dynamics of key currency pairs. These events are as follows: • presidential elections in the USA; • two increases of the Federal Reserve rate; and • the policy of the European Central Bank, aimed at stimulating inflation. It is substantiated that using the fundamental analysis makes it possible to assess the trend and scale of changes in the rates of the world currencies, and in combination with technical analysis is an integral tool for successful trading and forecasting the dynamics of currency pairs. The possibility of using the mechanisms of functioning of such fundamental analysis tool as artificial neural networks and the ways of their application in solving such problems has been considered.Item The economic benefits of lifelong learning in terms of innovative model of economy: comparative analysis(TUKE, 2018) Levchenko, A.; Kuzmenko, H.; Horpynchenko, O.; Левченко, А. О.; Кузьменко, Г. І.; Горпинченко, О. В.The paper is devoted to the research of the economic benefits of lifelong learning in terms of innovative model of economy. The introduction outlines the importance of new knowledge and its rapid "aging", the role of lifelong learning in such conditions. The next stage was the research of scientific papers by the issue of lifelong learning, its benefits. The aim of the paper is to analyze the economic benefits of lifelong learning in terms of innovative model of economy and dependence of average wage from such factors as lifelong learning, higher education development, infrastructure and digital content and skills; relationship between these indicators. With regard to the aim, we have set the following hypothesis: we assume that there is a statistically significant correlation between total average wages, the Indicator of Lifelong learning, Higher Education development, Infrastructure and digital content and the Indicator of Skills. The analysis confirmed that the economic benefits, such as wage (personal) and gross domestic product (national general) have strong relationship with lifelong learning. Наведено порівняльний аналіз індексу людського розвитку, індексу людського капіталу, індексу глобальної конкурентоспроможності, глобального інноваційного індексу, індексу щастя. Висвітлено рейтингові позиції регіонів України за рівнем інтегрального регіонального індексу людського розвитку. Акцентовано увагу на конкурентних перевагах України у світових рейтингах (високий освітній рівень населення) та негативних тенденціях соціально-економічних та інституційних передумов людського розвитку. Обґрунтовано напрями активізації людського розвитку в умовах безпрецедентних інноваційних змін у всіх сферах життя суспільства. The article examines the current state and tendencies of human resources development in Ukraine in comparison with other countries of the world. The comparative analysis of the index of human development, the index of human capital, the index of global competitiveness, the global innovation index, the index of happiness is presented. The rating positions of the regions of Ukraine as the integral regional index of human development are highlighted. Attention is drawn to the competitive advantages of Ukraine in world rankings (high educational level of the population) and negative tendencies of socio-economic and institutional preconditions of human development. The directions of activation of human development in the conditions of unprecedented innovative changes in all spheres of society life are grounded.Item The Impact of Lifelong Learning on the Country’s Development in Dimension of Innovative Oriented Economy: Comparative Analysis(2018) Levchenko, O.; Levchenko, A.; Horpynchenko, O.; Tsarenko, I.; Левченко, О. О.Under the conditions of knowledge-based economy and under influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution education has become a strategic factor of social development and achieving of this goal will be possible only through the population's involving the lifelong learning. The purpose of this paper is to determine the dependence between competitiveness of any country and level of its lifelong learning under conditions of development knowledge-based economy. Particular actuality is associated with necessity of the lifelong learning in the process of working in dimension of innovative oriented economy. The study covers the relationship between the level of lifelong learning and level of the country’s development, the impact of lifelong learning on it. As a result, it was defined, between competitiveness and level of lifelong learning exists a close relationship. The matrix shows the 4 groups of countries with different levels of competitiveness and lifelong leaning. The achieved results of created matrix suggest that the instruments of Nordic model of lifelong learning is the most effective, as the results, these countries. В умовах розвитку економіки знань та під впливом 4-ої Промислової революції освіта стала стратегічним чинником соціального розвитку, і досягнення цієї мети стане можливим лише завдяки залученню населення до навчання впродовж життя. Метою статті є визначення залежності між конкурентоспроможністю будь-якої країни та рівнем її безперервного навчання в умовах розвитку знаннєвої економіки. Актуалізація пов'язана з необхідністю безперервного навчання в процесі роботи в сфері інноваційно-орієнтованої економіки. Дослідження охоплює взаємозв'язок між рівнем освіти протягом усього життя і рівнем розвитку країни, впливом на неї навчання впродовж життя. В результаті було визначено, що між конкурентоспроможністю і рівнем освіти протягом усього життя існує тісний взаємозв'язок. Матриця являє собою 4 групи країн з різними рівнями конкурентоспроможності та схильності до навчання протягом життя. Досягнуті результати створеної матриці дозволяють припустити, що інструменти скандинавської моделі навчання впродовж життя є більш ефективними, підтвердженням чого є відповідні макро-економічні показники цих країн.
