In today's market situation, business reputation should become an integrative integrity and an important strategic asset, which is due to the growing importance of creating competitive advantages for the company through intangible assets, the growing importance of non-price competition, the role of personal ties, institutional and social investments, direct sales, knowledge and consumer confidence becomes the guarantor of a successful business.

    Talent management in the system of administrating economic security of a university

    The article discusses the relevance of the talent management direction in modern personnel management of Ukraine’s universities. Talent management is considered as a modern approach to improve the efficiency of universities. Authors analyses the impact of talent management technologies on improving the economic security of universities. The article identifies negative factors that influence efficiency of the measures on talent management. Authors developed and presented recommendations for the management of talented personnel to improve economic security and competitiveness of universities. This changes work on talent management in accordance with the current needs and strategic goals of universities. A key factor in the use of the concept of talent management is the corporate innovation ecosystem of universities.

    Ринок праці як складова забезпечення економічної безпеки національного та регіонального розвитку

    В статті визначено зміст поняття «безпека ринку праці» та обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок складових такої безпеки з економічною безпекою розвитку країни та її регіонів. Представлене співвіднесення підходів до розуміння ринку праці з семантичними ознаками поняття «економічна безпека», дозволило визначити специфічні для загальнонаціонального та регіонального рівнів напрями регулювання ринку праці. Ідентифіковано диспропорції ринку праці як фактори-загрози для розширеного відтворення трудового потенціалу регіонів. Виявлені протиріччя згруповані у відповідності до стадій відтворення трудових ресурсів та запропонованих різновидів безпеки ринку праці. На основі розробленої ієрархічної схеми предметної області дослідження обґрунтовано структуру та особливості роботи механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки національного розвитку в частині використання трудового потенціалу регіонів. The article defines the concept of the labor market security. The interconnection between the components of the labor market security and the economic security of regional development has grounded. The correlation between approaches to understanding the labor market and semantic elements of the economic security concept has presented. This correlation makes possible to determine the specific directions of labor market regulation in national and regional levels. The regional labor market disparities have identified. These disparities have shown as factors of threats to expanded reproduction of region labor potential. Discovered contradictions have grouped according to the stages of reproduction of human resources and to varieties of labor market security. The hierarchical scheme of research area has developed. This scheme determines the structure and characteristics of the mechanism of national development economic security in the part of the regions employment potential using.

    Минимизация рисков в системе экономической безопасности банка

    Рассмотрены некоторые аспекты минимизации рисков в обеспечении экономической безопасности банковских учреждений. Исследованы источники рисков экономической безопасности банков. Сделан вывод, что целью построения эффективной системы управления экономической безопасностью банковского учреждения является нейтрализация негативного влияния выявленных рисков на его деятельность. The purpose of article is research to aspects of the banks economic security. Banks are required to keep a track of all the internal and external risks to the effective management of economic security. Important are the internal sources. They are associated with possible changes in the potential resources of the bank. The authors analyzes and identifies the sources of risks to the banks economic security. The authors concluded that the goal of an effective system of management of the economic security of the institution is to neutralize the negative impact of risks on his activities.
