Стаття присвячена аналізу особливостей реформування оплати праці в сфері освіти України. Пропонуються деякі напрямки удосконалення цього процесу. The article is devoted to the analysis of reformation features of labour payment in the sphere of education of Ukraine. Some ways of this process improvement are offered.
