В статті досліджується сучасна практика організації гнучкої оплати праці персоналу в
закордонних компаніях. Розглянуті різні підходи щодо стимулювання персоналу, виходячи з кінцевої
ефективності роботи як окремих працівників, так і виробничих підрозділів або всього колективу
підприємства. In a paper the modern practice entitiess of the flexible wage of staff in the foreign companies is studied. The miscellaneous approaches concerning to urging staff proceeding from a final overall performance both separate workers, and manufacturing divisions(subdivisions) or all collective of the plant are reviewed.
