Автори статті розглядають ключові питання розвитку економіки України з позицій інституціоналістів. Приділяється увага тим пріоритетним сферам, які мають можливість вивести Україну на вищий рівень у соціально-економічному контексті. Показано, що “людський капітал” це головне джерело куди варто вкладати інвестиції і з якого очікуються результати. Конкретно вказано шляхи державної підтримки тієї частини населення професійність якої є некомерційною, але необхідною для нормальної життєдіяльності суспільства (освіта, медицина, наука, культура). The authors of the article examine the key questions of development of economy of Ukraine from positions of instiytutsyonalystov. Attention of sosredotachyvaetsya on those priorities spheres which are in a position to show out Ukraine on more high level in a socio-economic context. It is rotined that «human capital» this main source where it is expedient to inlay investments and results are from where expected. The ways of state support of that part of population are concretely indicated professionalism of which is noncommercial, but necessity for the normal vital functions of society (education, medicine, science, culture).
