комплексного вивчення конкурентоспроможності праці та її трьох складових: конкурентоспроможності
робочої сили, результатів праці та мотиваційного забезпечення праці. The essence of competitiveness on the labour market have been bared. The methodological approaches
for the complex research of the labour competitiveness and it’s three constituents: competitiveness of the labour
force, labour results and motivational ensuring of labour have been worked out.
