Проведено аналіз впливу соціального партнерства на вирішення проблеми підвищення та
збереження конкурентоспроможності працівників підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо
збереження конкурентоспроможних кадрів в умовах кризи. Influence of the social partnership on the solving of the problem of the increase and preservation of the
