Публікація присвячена конкретизації сучасних вимог щодо достовірності та повноти облікової інформації про житловий фонд, яка генерується в інформаційних системах балансоутримувачів різних організаційно-правових форм. З цією метою базові принципи достовірності та повноти облікової інформації розглянуті з урахуванням реальних інформаційних потреб системи управління наявним житловим фондом. The article is dedicated to the concrete definition of modern requirements to reliability and completeness of the registration information about the available housing, formed in information systems of balance-holders of different organizational-legal forms. With that purpose, base principles of reliability and completeness of the registration information are researched in accordance to real information requirements of management system.
