В статті викладені пропозиції щодо розвитку національної системи аудиту в Україні з урахуванням вимог Директив Європарламенту. Запропоновані складові системи управління аудиторською діяльністю, інфраструктури аудиту, варіанти організації системи суспільного нагляду за аудиторською діяльністю. The proposals for a development of the national audit system in Ukraine with due regard for a demands of European parliament’s Directives have been disclosed in the article. The components of management system of auditing, audit’s infrastructure, variants of organization the public oversight system have been proposed.
