Робота присвячена розробці пропозицій щодо законодавчого та нормативного врегулювання питань соціального захисту осіб в особистих селянських господарствах. Методика. Для досягнення поставленої мети вирішено такі основні завдання: досліджено основні причини, що призвели до виникнення особистих селянських господарств; проаналізовано основні тенденції їх розвитку і трансформації; показано особливості зайнятості та соціального захисту працюючого в них населення; розкрито проблеми, з якими стикаються особи, що працюють в ОСГ; вказано на необхідність законодавчого врегулювання статусу їх зайнятості та вдосконалення соціального захисту; вивчено і проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід щодо соціального захисту дрібних сільськогосподарських товаровиробників; наголошено на необхідності застосування такого позитивного досвіду при розробці заходів щодо вдосконалення соціального захисту осіб, які працюють в особистих селянських господарствах України. Результати. За результатами дослідження підготовлені пропозиції щодо покращення соціального захисту членів та найманих працівників ОСГ. Наукова новизна. Автори запропонували та обґрунтували пропозиції щодо покращення соціального захисту членів та найманих працівників ОСГ. Практична значимість. Підготовлені пропозиції дадуть можливість врегулювати питання соціального захисту членів ОСГ, а головне – суттєво збільшити надходження коштів до Пенсійного фонду України. Objective. The work presents the development of suggestions for the legislative and regulatory regulation of issues of social protection of people at individual owner-operated farms. Methods. To achieve this goal, the following main tasks were solved: the main reasons that led to the emergence of private farms were investigated; the main trends of their development and transformation were analysed; the specific features of employment and social protection of the population working at the farms were shown; the problems faced by people working at the individual private farms were disclosed; the necessity of legislative regulation of their employment status and improvement of social protection was pointed out; foreign experience in social protection of small agricultural producers was studied and analyzed; the necessity of using such a positive experience in the development of measures to improve the social protection of people working at private farms of Ukraine was highlighted. Findings. According to the results of the study, suggestions were worked out for the improvement of the social protection of owners and employees of the individual private farms. Scientific novelty. The authors suggested and substantiated proposals for improving social protection of the owners and employees of the individual private farms. Practical significance. The prepared proposals will allow solving the problems of social protection of the owners of private farms, and most importantly significantly increasing the flow of funds to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

The most important problem in the development of Ukraine is the slow pace of economic growth, which causes it to lag behind the developed countries and the low level of welfare of the population. It is important for Ukraine to search for and actively use modern growth factors. The purpose of the article is to analyse the reasons for limiting the growth rate of the Ukrainian economy in the context of modern growth theories and to identify ways to overcome them.
