У статті розглядаються шляхи розбудови технічної освіти Англії в останні десятиліття XIX та на початку XX століть, аналізуються її складові, їх функції, а також форми та методи навчання, які запроваджувалися в ході підготовки фахівців технічного профілю.
The article reviews the ways of the technical education expansion in England within the last three decades of the XIX – beginning of the XX centuries. It also comprises the partial analyses of its components, their func¬tions, as well as the forms and methods of teaching applied during the technical specialists training.
