У статті розглянуто основні соціальні протиріччя на ринку праці України, наведено результати
соціологічних досліджень автора, доведено зв’язок соціальних проблем і соціально-трудових конфліктів,
запропоновано шляхи їх розв’язання в умовах перехідної економіки. In clause it is considered the basic social contradictions on a labour market of Ukraine, results of
sociological researches of the author are induced, the interrelation of social problems and social-labour conflicts
is proved, ways of their decision to conditions of transitive economy are offered.
