    У статті розглянуто основні соціальні протиріччя на ринку праці України, наведено результати соціологічних досліджень автора, доведено зв’язок соціальних проблем і соціально-трудових конфліктів, запропоновано шляхи їх розв’язання в умовах перехідної економіки. In clause it is considered the basic social contradictions on a labour market of Ukraine, results of sociological researches of the author are induced, the interrelation of social problems and social-labour conflicts is proved, ways of their decision to conditions of transitive economy are offered.

    Методологічні засади діагностики стану регіонального ринку праці

    У статті розглядаються методологічні засади комплексної системи оцінювання стану та тенденцій розвитку регіонального ринку праці за допомогою діагностики. Формулюються завдання дифереціальної, функціональної та прогнозної діагностики регіонального ринку праці. The methodological grounds of the complex assesment system of the current state and trends of the regional labour market development diagnostics are considered in the paper. The objectives of the differential, functional and predicting regional labour market diagnostics are determined.
