І.The paper is devoted to the evaluation the impact of key determinants of innovation development and ensuring the worlds’ countries prosperity and working out the ways of increasing the innovative economic growth. By using the international statistic data of 40-ty countries, there were analyzed such indicators, as the level of GDP per capita and other indicators, such as expenditure on education, tertiary enrolment, graduates in science & engineering, number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment, intellectual property payments, high-tech imports, high-tech net exports and creative goods exports. As a result of calculating pairwise correlation coefficients between indicators, it was determined, that the most significant influence on the level of GDP per capita make such three variables: number of researchers, gross expenditure on R&D, knowledge-intensive employment. В.У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан системи управління професійною орієнтацією дорослого населення. Виявлено відсутність комплексного управлінського підходу в державі для профорієнтації дорослого населенням України. Аналізуються результати статистичних даних щодо безробіття осіб вікової категорії 45+ та обґрунтовується необхідність державної підтримки їх професійного самовизначення у відповідності з потребами ринку праці. Аналізуються складові механізму управління профорієнтацією дорослого населення. Обґрунтовується необхідність створення єдиної науково обґрунтованої системи професійної орієнтації дорослого населення в державі. В статье проанализировано современное состояние системы управления профессиональной ориентацией взрослого населения. Выявлено отсутствие комплексного управленческого подхода в государстве для профориентации взрослого населением Украины. Анализируются результаты статистических данных по безработице лиц возрастной категории 45+ и обосновывается необходимость государственной поддержки их профессионального самоопределения в соответствии с потребностями рынка труда. Анализируются составляющие механизма управления профориентацией взрослого населения. Обосновывается необходимость создания единой научно обоснованной системы профессиональной ориентации взрослого населения в государстве. The article analyzes the current state of the adult vocational guidance management system. The absence of an integrated managerial approach in the state for career guidance of the adult population of Ukraine is revealed. The results of statistics on unemployment of persons of the 45+ age category are analyzed and the need for state support for their professional selfdetermination in accordance with the needs of the labor market is substantiated. The components of the mechanism for managing career guidance for adults are analyzed. В.; Хайдура, ХаніThe acceleration of the pace of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine necessitates the search for effective ways of forming innovative-integrated structures, studying foreign experience of their creation and compliance of regulatory and legal regulation of these issues with the world legislative practice. As the level of socio-economic development of different regions of Ukraine is significantly differentiated, it is advisable to develop and approve a methodology for assessing the readiness of regions to form innovative-integrated structures. The global world tendencies of innovative development of the world countries in the modern conditions are systematized. The tendencies in the development of the network economy and different forms of the horizontal integration (the forming of innovative-integrated structures and innovative ecosystems) were characterized. The directions and models of interaction of the participants of the innovation process in the framework of the concept "Quadruple Helix" were determined. The main consequences of the fourth industrial revolution "Industry 4.0" were presented, related to the emergence and rapid spread of the latest production technologies and information exchange. The possibilities of ensuring rational and efficient using of resources and the spread of a humancentered approach, which are based on smart technologies were explored. The comparative analysis of indicators of innovation and competitiveness of Ukraine in the measurement of the international comparisons was carried out. The strategic priorities of the sustainable growth of the national economy on the basis of innovations were grounded.
