    Управління капіталом підприємства

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні основи управління капіталом підприємства. Поглиблено сутність категорії «капітал підприємства», охарактеризовано його склад та структуру. Досліджено концептуальні положення управління капіталом на підприємстві. Охарактеризовано техніко-економічні показники ТОВ «РАССВЕТ» та здійснено оцінку його фінансового стану. Проведено діагностику складу, структури та динаміки капіталу товариства, а також проаналізовано ефективність його використання. Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення процесу управління капіталом підприємства, які містять комплекс заходів із оптимізації структури капіталу. Обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно підвищення ефективності використання власного капіталу підприємства. Запропоновано перспективні напрямки диверсифікації інструментів формування позикового капіталу підприємств в Україні. The theoretical and methodical foundations of enterprise capital management were analyzed in the thesis. The essence of the category "enterprise capital" was deepened, its composition and structure were characterized. The conceptual provisions of enterprise capital management were studied. The technical and economic indicators of LLC "RASSVET" were characterized and its financial condition was assessed. The diagnosis of the composition, structure, and dynamics of the company's capital was carried out, as well as the efficiency of its use was analyzed. The recommendations for improving the process of enterprise capital management were developed. They include a set of measures to optimize the capital structure. The proposals for improving the efficiency of the use of the company's own capital were substantiated. The prospective directions for diversification of instruments for the formation of loan capital of enterprises in Ukraine were proposed.

    Залучення коштів банками: інструменти та оцінка ефективності

    У роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні та прикладні ПІДХОДИ до формування та реалізації залучення коштів в банках. Надано оцінку фінансового стану та ефективності залучених коштів АТ КБ "ПриватБанк". Запропоновано шляхи покращення оцінки ефективності залучених коштів АТ КБ "ПриватБанк". Запропоновано методику прогнозування відсоткової ставки в банках, розроблено прогнозні моделі відсоткової депозитної та кредитної ставок банку і облікової ставки НБУ та удосконалено етапи оцінки ефективності залучених коштів банком. Розроблено рекомендації до етапів оцінки ефективності залучених коштів банком, з врахуванням моделей прогнозування відсоткових ставок з метою мінімізації ризиків та прийняття обґрунтованих рішень, щодо залучення коштів та їх розподілу. Theoretical-methodical and applied approaches to the formation and implementation of fundraising in banks are investigated in the work. An assessment of the financial condition and efficiency of borrowed funds of JSC CB "PrivatBank" is given. Ways to improve the assessment of the effectiveness of borrowed funds of JSC CB "PrivatBank" are proposed. The method of forecasting the interest rate in banks is proposed, the forecast models of the bank's interest rate deposit and credit rates and the NBU discount rate are developed and the stages of assessing the efficiency of the bank's borrowed funds are improved. Recommendations for the stages of assessing the effectiveness of borrowed funds by the bank have been developed, taking into account models of forecasting interest rates in order to minimize risks and make informed decisions on raising funds and their distribution.
