Уточнено зміст понять «освітній продукт ЗВО», «науковий продукт ЗВО». Обґрунтовано, що основними продуктами закладу вищої освіти є освітній та науковий продукти, в структурі яких ідентифікуються послуги, знання (компетентності) і товарна продукція. Визначено основні види продукції закладів вищої освіти України. The purpose of the article is to determine the products of higher education institutions and describe their main types.The following methods are implemented: analysis, synthesis and generalization for defining the key concepts; systematic approach for determining the types of products generated by higher educational institutions in current economic conditions; the abstract-logical method for drawing conclusions. The article is devoted to the analysis of contemporary scientific approaches towards definition of products generated by higher educational institutions.The main products generated by a higher education institution, taking into account the specific nature of its activities, are educational products and scientific outcomes. The educational product of a higher education institution is the result of its educational activity, intended for sale or exchange and represented in the form of tangible educational goods or intangible educational services and competencies. The research outcomes of an institution of higher education are the result of its scientific innovation and include intellectual property rights, scientific results, research and development on demand of consumers, as well as means of dissemination of academic knowledge. The clarification of the essence and definition of the types of products of a higher educational institution can help to ensure a systematic approach to the development of measures to optimize the management of the economic activities of higher educational institutions and to increase their competitiveness as market economy entities. The prospects for further academic research are linked to the clarification of the nature of the mutual influence of the educational and scientific-innovative products of Ukrainian higher education institutions.Item type:Item, Формування науково-педагогічного потенціалу вищого навчального закладу як складової ринку освітніх послуг(КНТУ, 2016) Бабовал, Н. Р.; Baboval, N.У статті проведено дослідження ступеня забезпеченості вищих навчальних закладів науково- педагогічними працівниками на основі аналізу таких показників, як чисельність викладацького складу, його вікової та кваліфікаційної структури, тенденції підготовки аспірантів та докторів наук. Виявлено чинники впливу на ефективність роботи науково-педагогічних працівників вищої школи. Систематизовані ключові характеристики постаті викладача вищої школи нової епохи. The purpose of this article is to study the degree to which higher educational institutions are provided with scientific-pedagogical staff and to identify factors influencing the effectiveness of the activity of scientificpedagogical staff in higher educational institution. Object of research is the scientific and pedagogical potential of higher education. The degree to which higher educational institutions are provided with scientific-pedagogical staff have been estimated on the basis of the analysis including such indicators as the number of teaching staff, their ages and qualification structures, trends of preparing of PhD students and doctoral students. Goals, objectives and criteria of ranking system of scientific-pedagogical staff have been substantiated. The key features of a high school lectures have been proposed. The factors that affect the state of scientific and pedagogical potential in Ukraine have been systematized. It has been proved that in order to raise the impact of the use of existing creative potential of employees of higher educational institutions we have to face the problem of finding effective methods of encouraging the active creative work. Accordingly it has been determined that the motivation of employees to effective work is a key objective of management of higher educational institutions. Among the future prospects of this research the problems of effective motivation of scientific-pedagogical staff of higher education institutions in the system of providing qualitative educational services are the most actual.
