Виділені інструменти, методи та технології проведення кластерного аналізу та визначення функціональних характеристик систем масового обслуговування клієнтів. Здійснено програмну розробку автоматизованої системи обробки клієнтських замовлень в умовах змінного попиту з використання методів кластеризації та сегментації клієнтської бази даних. The aim of the article is to use cluster analysis for customer segmentation and the development of an automated system for processing customer orders, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the service enterprise. The development of the service enterprises, which is of particular importance under economic restructuring, has been studied. The service sector directly affects the quality of life of the society, economic growth and the position of Ukraine in the world market of services. It is noted that the development of service enterprises is possible only in the context of the introduction of innovative development models, involves the search for the most effective management methods and technologies that can accelerate the adaptation of these enterprises to the latest global trends.Item type:Item, Визначення показників розподілу характерних ознак у ґендерних групах (на прикладі студентів факультету)(ЦНТУ, 2017) Акбаш, К. Я.; Akbash, К.; Pasichnyk, N.; Rizhniak, R.В статті проілюстровано застосування статистичних методів для характеристики загальних та специфічних сторін в освітній сфері, зокрема в соціально-економічному становищі жінок та чоловіків. Для цього визначено структуру даних щодо ґендерного складу контингенту студентів факультету шляхом проведення кореляційного та кластерного аналізу статистичних даних, отриманих внаслідок визначення коефіцієнтів ґендерної питомої ваги, які є мірою відношення розподілу характерних ознак (домінант) у ґендерних групах. The aim of the study is to determine the structure of the data on the gender part of the contingent of the Faculty students and their individual specific groups that were subjects of the educational process by the end of 2015-2016 the school years based on statistical and qualitative determination factors of the gender proportion. The article illustrates the application of statistical methods for the characterization of general and specific aspects in education, including socio-economic status of women and men. In order of achieving this goal the classification of data on the gender part of the contingent of students is conducted through correlation and cluster analysis of statistical data obtained as a result of determining gender proportion in terms of specialties and courses for each of the field: the number of people on budgetary form of education, the number of people receiving social and academic scholarship in the last two semesters of study. The study determined the structure of gender data on students and the influence on the results of cluster analysis and correlation availability of gender asymmetry. It was determined that the use of the gender factor share in statistical studies will enable to define a data structure of a given group (aggregate) taking into account the allocation ratio of combining characteristic features (dominant) in certain subgroups (sample).Item type:Item, Кластерний аналіз як метод оцінки впливу факторів на ліквідність у комерційних банках(КНТУ, 2008) Кравченко, В. П.В статті запропоновано метод оцінки впливовості факторів на ліквідність у комерційних банках. Представлені результати дослідження факторів які впливають на рівень ліквідності. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження методу оцінки впливовості факторів на рівень ліквідності і продовження досліджень в цьому напрямку. In the article the method of estimation of influencing of factors is offered on liquidity in commercial jars. The results of research of factors are presented which influence on the level of liquidity. The necessity of introduction of method of estimation of influencing of factors is grounded on the level of liquidity and continuation of researches in this direction.Item type:Item, Використання таксономічного методу в якості показника інтенсивності (ефективності) відтворення людського капіталу(КНТУ, 2012) Насипайко, Д. О.; Nasipayko, D.; Reznichenko, О.Досліджуються особливості використання у якості показника інтенсивності (ефективності) відтворення людського капіталу синтетичного індексу, побудованого на основі стандартизованих значень вхідних показників за допомогою таксономічного методу. Визначено, що метою методичного забезпечення економічної та соціальної ефективності відтворення людського капіталу є діагностика відповідності реальних індикаторів динаміки зрушень у відтворенні тим параметрам, які визначені у якості норм людського розвитку. Features are investigated of the use as an index of intensity (to efficiency) of reproduction of human capital of synthetic index, built on the basis of the standartized values of incoming indexes by a taxonomical method. It is certain that the purpose of the methodical providing of economic and social efficiency of reproduction of human capital is diagnostics of accordance of the real indicators of dynamics of changes in reproduction to those parameters which are marked as norms of human development.
