Л.; Pashinskyi, V.; Skrynnik, I.; Kharchenko, I.; Khachaturian, S.За результатами експериментального проектування сталевих балок чотирьох типів виявлені та описані залежності їх маси від прольоту й діючого навантаження. Встановлено, що при малих навантаженнях і великих прольотах власна вага балок може перевищувати 20% корисного навантаження. Розроблені укрупнені розцінки на виготовлення та монтаж сталевих балок і колон різних типів. З урахуванням несучої здатності, металоємності та вартості надані рекомендації щодо раціонального використання балок різних типів. По результатам экспериментального проектирования стальных балок четырех типов выявлены и описаны зависимости их массы от пролета и действующей нагрузки. Выявлено, что при малых нагрузках и больших пролетах собственный вес балок может превышать 20% полезной нагрузки. Разработаны укрупненные расценки на изготовление и монтаж стальных балок и колонн различных типов. С учетом несущей способности, металлоемкости и стоимости даны рекомендации относительно рационального использования балок различных типов. The purpose of this work is to obtain dependencies for the preliminary determination of specific quantity of metal and loads from their weight of steel beams of different types, as well as outline the area of rational use of beams of the investigated types, taking into account the criteria of specific quantity of metal and their cost. Experimental design of steel beams of four types is performed: rolled I-beams, perforated steel beams, from the developed assortment of welded H-beams and welded H-beams of individual design. Beam spans varied from 3 m to 36 m, and the design values of the loads were set equal to 5...150 kN/m. The indicated limits are selected taking into account the possible use of beams in load-lifting machines design, roof designs of production and civil buildings, as well as restrictions of assortments of I-beams. For beams of four types the areas of rational use according to criteria of durability and rigidity are defined. By analytical equations detected and described the dependence on the mass of projected beams to span and load. It is shown that for small loads and large spans, the own weight of beams can exceed 20% of the payload. The enlarged prices for manufacturing and installation of steel beams and columns of various types are developed. The presentation of weight characteristics and prices in the form of dependencies of the main constructive factors allows to estimate the specific quantity of metal and the cost of beams of different types before their designing. The recommendations are given for rational use of beams of different types, taking into account their load-bearing capacity, specific quantity of metal and cost. As a result of the studies performed, a distinction has been made between the areas of rational use of beams of various types, the dependencies of the weight characteristics on the span and the load on the beams are made, the enlarged prices for fabrication and installation have been described. The obtained results allows to choose a rational constructive solution of rolling or welded beams with a known span and the value of the payload.Item Деякі теоретичні аспекти оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства(КНТУ, 2004) Сокур, М. The basic constituents of depreciation policy on an enterprise are considered and influencing of still human to the factor on their forming. In article are described the features of account of factors complication of works implementation in the process of reconstruction of housing building. Similarly it has also described in article the lacks of existent bases of account of complicative conditions in the cost of works on the different stages of reconstruction.
