Item Механізація вирощування цукрових буряків з модернізацією прикочуючого котка сівалки УПС-12(ЦНТУ, 2021-12-17) Курочкін, Євгеній Юрійович; Kurochkin, YevheniiУкриття насіння ґрунтом є заключною стадією посіву, при якій відбувається формування найбільш сприятливих умов для його проростання. В зв’язку з цим, актуальним є робота над удосконаленням технології загортання насіння і конструкції котка сівалки УПС 12, яка направлена на покращення умов проростання насіння. Тому метою дослідження є підвищення ефективності роботи котка сівалки УПС 12 шляхом розробки та вдосконалення його конструктивно-технологічних параметрів. В технологічній частині було обґрунтовано особливості і умови вирощування цукрових буряків в господарстві та визначені напрямки покращання технології. В науковій частині проаналізовані якісні показники роботи прикочуючого котка сівалки УПС-12, з’ясовані недоліки та запропонована удосконалена конструкція прикочуючого котка, проведені його теоретичні дослідження. Sheltering the seeds with soil is the final stage of sowing, in which the most favorable conditions for its germination are formed. In this regard, it is important to work on improving the technology of seed wrapping and the design of the roller of the seeder UPS 12, which aims to improve the conditions for seed germination. Therefore, the aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of the roller seeder UPS 12 by developing and improving its design and technological parameters. In the technological part the peculiarities and conditions of sugar beet cultivation in the farm were substantiated and the directions of technology improvement were determined. Посів покликаний створити умови для проростання насіння та подальшого розвитку рослин, що дають змогу прискорити їх появу на поверхні, а отже, підвищити врожайність. У зв’язку з цим постає необхідність вдосконалення технології посіву та конструкції сошника сівалки УПС 12, з метою покращення умов проростання насіння. Sowing is designed to create conditions for seed germination and further development of plants, which allows to accelerate their appearance on the surface and, consequently, increase yields. Therefore, there is a need to improve the technology of sowing and the design of the opener of the seeder UPS 12, in order to improve the conditions for seed germination.
