    Запропоновано новий методичний підхід до визначення головних факторів, що впливають на електроспоживання; вдосконалено модель системи енергетичного моніторингу, що дозволяє систематизувати та оцінити пріоритетність впровадження напрямів та заходів з енергоощадження, запропоновано механізм визначення почерговості впровадження напрямків енергоощадження. Reducing the cost of funds for the purchases of the energy resources by increasing the level of the energy efficiency. The methods of comprehensive complex energy audit and analysis of the synthetic fuel and energy balance are used. The possibilities of the energy saving are found and their ranking in order of priority of their implementation is conducted. Taking into account the specificity of the object of the energy audit and the peculiarities of the regimes of the energy usage allowed to improve the model of the energy management system, which is to perform oversight functions concerning compliance of the norms and regimes of the energy usage and allows to systematize the priority tendencies and projects to increase the energy efficiency. Results of the energy research allowed finding out the reserves of the energy saving and reducing costs on the payment for the energy carriers.

    Нейро-нечітке сегментування роздрібного ринку електроенергії

    Наведено методику сегментування роздрібного ринку електричної енергії з використанням нейро-нечіткого моделювання. Сформовано фактори, які лягли в основу сегментування за критерієм важливості споживача для енергопостачальної компанії. Визначено нечіткі межі належності характеристичних показників до якісних термів. Showed the method of segmenting the retail electricity market using neuro-fuzzy modeling. Formed factors that formed the basis for segmenting consumers on the criterion of importance for power supply company. Identified undefined boundaries belonging to the characteristic parameters by qualitative terms.

    Наведено результати досліджень із застосування техніко-технологічних методів регулювання режиму електроспоживання промислових споживачів у часі. Доведено ефективність комплексного використання пріоритетно-крокового методу і методів сітьового планування та управління при вирівнюванні добових графіків електричних навантажень. Presented the results of studies on the application of technical-technological methods of regulation mode power consumption of industrial consumers in time. Proved the efficiency of an integrated priority-step method and methods of network planning and management in control of daily schedules of electric loads.
