Item Діагностика ймовірності банкрутства підприємства та шляхи його стабілізації(ЦНТУ, 2017) Іщенко, Н. А.; Íshchenko, N.У статті висвітлено методичні підходи до діагностики ймовірності банкрутства підприємства. Проаналізовано ймовірність банкрутства підприємства за допомогою моделей прогнозування банкрутства. Визначено обмеження для використання на українських підприємствах моделей прогнозування банкрутства зарубіжних вчених. Обгрунтовано напрями використання результатів прогнозування при розробці стратегічних механізмів фінансової стабілізації. The article’s aim is to elucidate the methodological approaches to the diagnosis of probability of the enterprise bankruptcy and ways to stabilize its financial condition. The study used general scientific and special methods (comparative, economic and statistical). It was done the diagnosis of probability of the enterprise bankruptcy with the help of five-factor E. Altman, J. Bevere, Springate’s model, generalized model, Sayfulina-Kadykova’s model, Irkutsk model and O. Tereshchenko’s model. We have found restrictions for use by Ukrainian enterprises bankruptcy prediction models of foreign scientists. There were proposed the national adapted economy methods taking into consideration foreign bankruptcy prediction models. The results of the evaluation of the bankruptcy probability demonstrate financial stability of the company and the law probability of the bankruptcy. The research results ascertain that using the strategic mechanism of the financial stabilization is expedient. Strategic mechanism of the financial stabilization is a system of the measures that based on using the financial support models of the rapid economic growth of the enterprise, namely an effective pricing policy, tax policy; dividend policy.Item Методичні підходи до формування мотиваційного механізму ефективної зайнятості(КНТУ, 2006) Іщенко, Н. А.; Ischenko, N.В статті висвітлено результати факторного аналізу прибутку підприємства. Здійснено оцінку впливу на формування прибутку відпускних цін, обсягу реалізованої продукції, змін у структурі та собівартості. Запропоновано напрями підвищення прибутковості підприємства. The results of factorial analysis of enterprise’s profit formation are given in the article. The influence of ex-works prices, the amount of realized product, structural changes and prime cost on profit formation is estimated. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції трансформацій зайнятості на ринку праці України. Визначено вплив трансформацій занятості на зміну мотиваційних моделей поведінки на ринку праці. Розкрито аспекти мотивації пошуку роботи в залежності від вікових груп. Визначено та обґрунтовано типові мотиваційні моделі поведінки з урахуванням інноваційних змін на ринку праці.The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence and features of employment transformations in Ukraine, define the obstacles in realization of competitive advantages of youth in the conditions of dynamic changes on the Ukrainian labor market, opportunities of their overcome. In the course of research the general scientific and special methods of research (the comparative, economical and statistical, sociological analysis) have been used. It is proved that transformation of employment results from cardinal changes of demand for work as a result of globalization, informatization, competition, predetermining distribution of nonconventional forms of employment. The competitive advantages of employees on labor market it has been suggested to understand as advantages in demanded quality of the human capital and opportunities of its realization in labor market. The achievements of world experience concerning support of competitiveness of youth in the conditions of innovative changes on labor market have been revealed. The specifics of employment transformations in Ukraine have been defined. The contradictions of non-standard employment which borders with the labor relations in "shadow", without providing social guarantees have been revealed. The problems of youth unemployment in Ukraine have been analyzed. The obstacles of realization of competitive advantages of youth in labor market have been revealed; the directions of their overcome have been suggested. It has been proved that minimization of youth unemployment and realization of competitive advantages on labor market of Ukraine depends first of all on restructuring of economy, formation of an innovative segment of labor market, social interaction.Item Особливості формування амортизаційної політики підприємства(КНТУ, 2009) Іщенко, Н. А.; Ischenko, N.У статті розглянуто особливості формування амортизаційної політики підприємства. Визначено фактори, які впливають на формування амортизаційної політики підприємства. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз амортизаційних відрахувань, нарахованих за прямолінійним та податковим методами. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення амортизаційної політики з метою фінансового забезпечення прискорення процесів оновлення основних фондів та впровадження сучасних технологій. The features of enterprise’s amortisation policy formation are considered in the article. The factors influencing the enterprise’s amortisation policy formation are defined. The comparative analysis of the amortisation counted by straight-line and tax methods is made. The ways of amortisation policy improvement for the purpose of financial provision of capital assets updating processes acceleration and modern technologies introduction are offered.Item Організація бюджетування в системі фінансового планування на підприємстві(КНТУ, 2011) Іщенко, Н. The list of budgets being drawn up at an enterprise is given and the stages of budgeting are pointed out.
