Item Сучасні підходи до забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України(КНТУ, 2013) Немченко, А. Б.; Немченко, Т. Б.; Nemchenko, A.; Nemchenko, Т.В статті розглядаються існуючі підходи щодо визначення змісту, цілей та шляхів забезпечення продовольчої безпеки як складової національної безпеки України. The existent approaches of the determination of concept, aims and ways of providing of food safety, as component national safety of Ukraine are examined in the article. The result of research showed that the that basis of the assured providing of food safety of the state is warning of internal and external threats, due to the increase of own production of raw material and food volumes, by realization of the system of measures, directed on innovative development of the agro-industrial complex. The strategic aims of agricultural policy at the present stage is providing of production activity of business entities with the purpose of increase of production of goods volumes in accordance with the necessities of population of Ukraine and world market, adjusting of price availability of food stuffs, for an user, achievement of indexes of quality of food stuffs. The necessary condition of providing of food safety of our state is the effective functioning of agricultural sector of economy of Ukraine development of basic industries of agricultural production. It must be provided the active, self-weighted and successive public agricultural policy.Item Відрядний приробіток робітників: метод формування(КНТУ, 2004) Фільштейн, Л. М.; Немченко, А. Б.В статті розглядається метод формування відрядного приробітку робітників, який ґрунтується на застосуванні групового нормативу виконання норм праці „обумовленого зусиллями робітників”. Пропонуються: алгоритм формування відрядного приробітку, методика аналізу факторів перевиконання робітниками-відрядниками норм часу і розрахунку структури відрядного приробітку. Обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку інноваційної інфраструктури і її складових як інструментів підвищення результативності інноваційної діяльності. The purpose of the article is to research basic problems which exist in the innovative sphere of the Ukrainian economy and to ground recommendations in relation to activation of it innovative activity. An important task at forming of the innovative system is creation and development of infrastructure of innovative activity. Presently in the infrastructure of innovative activity select production-technological, consulting, financial, skilled, informative and sale constituent. As a result of research was defined, that activation of innovative development is one of the most important factors of innovative breach and creation of economy of innovative type. Enhancing innovation is directly related to the complex of measures directed on creation and improvement of functioning of the systems of innovative infrastructure and its constituents, support of innovative projects and international and regional cooperation. The article generalizes the essence and the functions of technology parks as one of the basic forms of regional innovation infrastructure formation, determines the peculiarities of their development in Ukraine, formulates the tasks directed to support their development in modern economic conditions.
