Item Інноваційна стратегія розвитку підприємств машинобудівної галузі(ЦНТУ, 2017) Захарова, О. В.; Барбанова, І. Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку машинобудівних підприємств за останні чотири роки. Уточнено сутність поняття «інноваційна стратегія». Проаналізовано та оцінено можливі види інноваційних стратегій. Запропоновано послідовність формування інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємств машинобудівного комплексу України. In today's economic conditions for managing the efficient functioning of the enterprises of the machinebuilding industry, the transition to an innovative way of development, which should become the key to radical renewal and modernization of all sectors of the economy of the country, is very important. The purpose of this article is to determine the essence of the concept of «innovative strategy» and the substantiation of the main stages of its formation for enterprises of the machine-building industry in Ukraine. The feasibility of developing an innovative strategy for the development of the machine-building industry in Ukraine is justified. The main trends of changes in the structure of engineering products over the past four years are analyzed. It was found that in 2016 in comparison with 2010 the number of enterprises in the industry decreased by 5.4%, the number of employees decreased by 28.4% with the volume of sales realized by 9.8%. As a result, the level of labor productivity increased by 53.3%, which is more related to inflation processes. In analyzing the approaches to defining the essence of the concept of «innovation strategy», it was established that the authors focus on such aspects as novelty for the enterprise, the consistency of managerial decisions, the transformation of the state of the enterprise and technological opportunities for this, orientation to international markets and the achievement of innovation efficiency. Such an interpretation of the concept of «innovation strategy» is adopted – planned changes that open the way for the enterprise to take the path of innovative development, development of new types of products, entering new markets, increasing competitiveness and as one of the components on the path to future development in the future. The basic characteristics and conditions for using seven innovative strategies are analyzed. The sequence of forming an innovative strategy for the development of enterprises of the machinebuilding complex of Ukraine is proposed.Item Особливості формування економічної безпеки в трансформаційній економіці(ЦНТУ, 2017) Гріненко, А. Ю.; Grinenko, А.Розглянуто особливості трансформації економіки України на сучасному етапі її розвитку, а також досліджені проблеми, що виникають в процесі трансформації. Обґрунтовані напрями оптимізації соціально-економічного розвитку на основі раціоналізації трансформаційної динаміки. Окрім внутрішніх причин, що спричиняють спотворення перехідного періоду, визначено зовнішні причини та виділено зовнішні загрози економічній безпеці, які створюють зовнішні фактори, проявляючи нечесну та недобросовісну конкуренцію на пострадянському просторі. Безпека національної економіки України в її трансформаційному стані розглядається в статті під кутом єдності внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз. The features of transformation of the economy of Ukraine are examined on the modern stage of its development, problems which arise up in the process of transformation are investigated, directions of optimization of socio-economic development are grounded on the basis of rationalization of transformation dynamics. The purpose of this article is to study the processes of growing threats to economic security in the context of transformational reformations and to identify the main measures to overcome both internal and external threats. In the article the author accents at the complex conditions of the transformational period in the economy of Ukraine. In particular besides internal causes, which create the conditions for the deformation of the transitional period, the external causes have been defined, and the external threats of economic security, which create external factors because of unfair and unconscientious competition of the ex-Soviet space have been defined too. The security of national economy of Ukraine in its transformational condition is examined as unity of the internal and external threats.Item Прогноз розвитку аграрного сектору і економіки Кіровоградської області в умовах зміни клімату(ЦНТУ, 2017) Кернасюк, Ю. В.; Kernasyuk, Yu.В статті досліджено сучасний стан розвитку економіки Кіровоградської області. Визначено фактори розвитку аграрного сектору економіки, що впливають на динаміку валового регіонального продукту. Здійснене прогнозування валового регіонального продукту із врахуванням аналізу впливу обсягу освоєння капітальних інвестицій у сільському господарстві і мінливості аграрного виробництва в умовах зміни клімату. На основі застосування методу економетричного моделювання розроблено методичний підхід до побудови моделі прогнозування валового регіонального продукту. Сутність запропонованого підходу базується на поєднанні методів багатофакторного прогнозування і інструменту виробничої функції.The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate a model for predicting the dynamics of the gross regional product of the Kirovograd region, which assumes an assessment of the state of development of agricultural production and the volume of development of capital investments in agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The peculiarity of forecasting at the regional level is the need to take into account the available innovative potential, exogenous, and endogenous factors of influence. For forecasting, it is advisable to identify an analytical dependence, to construct a regression space-time model. The factors of development of the agrarian sector of the economy that affect the dynamics of the gross regional product are determined. The forecast of the gross regional product has been carried out, taking into account the analysis of the impact of the volume of development of capital investments in agriculture and the variability of agricultural production in the face of climate change. By results of researches on the basis of application of a method of econometric modeling the methodical approach to construction of model of forecasting of a total regional product is developed. The essence of the proposed approach is based on a combination of multifactor forecasting methods and the production function tool.Item Інноваційна діяльність в умовах реформування економіки Полтавського регіону(КНТУ, 2004) Арданова, І. М.; Rotanov, G.У статті розроблено методичні положення щодо регулювання процесів відтворення основних засобів та використання регресивних методів нарахування амортизаційних відрахувань на промислових підприємствах. The methodical positions on regulating the fixed assets reproduction processes and usage of regressive methods of depreciation charges at the industrial enterprises are developed. Proposed approaches should enhance the economic, technical, and organizational levels of industrial enterprises, reduce their dependence on unstable external sources of financing by strengthening the role of amortization in the fixed assets renewal process. The article also analyzes the existing approaches of the fixed assets elements optimal operation timing determination. The expediency of determining the optimal operation timing, depending on management system development conditions within certain limits, is set. The article contains a definition of the fixed assets resumption features, which are in the lagging of their resumption in the natural form from the resumption of the cost, which theoretically allows making an extended resumption of utility unit at the expense of a sinking fund.Item Розвиток маржинальної теорії: вплив на бухгалтерський облік(КНТУ, 2006) Назаренко, Т. Для подолання кризового становища українських підприємств і створення на підставі зарубіжного досвіду передумов стійкого розвиту та процвітання економіки, необхідно вивчити зарубіжний досвід з цього питання. В статті досліджено зарубіжні методи аналізу неплатоспроможності та банкрутства. In conditions high degree of economic uncertainty, companies actually deprived of protection against loss of deep turmoil and bankruptcies in the performance of necessary market situations. To overcome the crisis situation of the Ukrainian enterprises and creation on the basis of foreign experience prerequisites for sustainable prosperity rozvytu and economy, need to study foreign experience in this regard. In the article investigates methods of analysis of foreign insolvency and bankruptcy.
