Item Особливості формування економічної безпеки в трансформаційній економіці(ЦНТУ, 2017) Гріненко, А. Ю.; Grinenko, А.Розглянуто особливості трансформації економіки України на сучасному етапі її розвитку, а також досліджені проблеми, що виникають в процесі трансформації. Обґрунтовані напрями оптимізації соціально-економічного розвитку на основі раціоналізації трансформаційної динаміки. Окрім внутрішніх причин, що спричиняють спотворення перехідного періоду, визначено зовнішні причини та виділено зовнішні загрози економічній безпеці, які створюють зовнішні фактори, проявляючи нечесну та недобросовісну конкуренцію на пострадянському просторі. Безпека національної економіки України в її трансформаційному стані розглядається в статті під кутом єдності внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз. The features of transformation of the economy of Ukraine are examined on the modern stage of its development, problems which arise up in the process of transformation are investigated, directions of optimization of socio-economic development are grounded on the basis of rationalization of transformation dynamics. The purpose of this article is to study the processes of growing threats to economic security in the context of transformational reformations and to identify the main measures to overcome both internal and external threats. In the article the author accents at the complex conditions of the transformational period in the economy of Ukraine. In particular besides internal causes, which create the conditions for the deformation of the transitional period, the external causes have been defined, and the external threats of economic security, which create external factors because of unfair and unconscientious competition of the ex-Soviet space have been defined too. The security of national economy of Ukraine in its transformational condition is examined as unity of the internal and external threats.Item Підходи щодо забезпечення прийнятного рівня незалежності аудиторів(КНТУ, 2013) Шалімова, Н. С.; Shalimova, N.Досліджено сутність такого принципу професійної етики аудиторів як незалежність, види загроз та приклади обставин, які можуть спричинити їх виникнення. Проаналізовані підходи щодо забезпечення прийнятного рівня незалежності аудиторів, передбачені національними та міжнародними документами в сфері аудиторської діяльності. Обгрунтовано необхідність розгляду незалежності з точки зору всіх суб’єктів, залучених до процесу виконання завдання з аудиту, доцільність розробки та застосування застережних заходів в робочому середовищі користувача і відповідальної особи. The purpose of the article is analysis of approaches and models of ensuring the auditor’s independence in the national and international practices, determination of possible ways of its development and improvement. The essence of such professional ethic principle as independence has been investigated. The kinds of threats, circumstances which may cause them and preventive measures to prevent, eliminate or extenuate them to acceptable level have been determined. The approaches to forming the users of financial statement’s confidence in auditor’s independence have been considered. It has been determined on the basis of analysis Code of ethic’s clauses that the main responsibility for maintenance the independence is entrusted to the auditors and preference is granted to the procedures which are used by auditing firm. It have been substantiated that the independence of thoughts and conduct must form taking into account all subjects which are involving into the process of fulfilling the audit engagement. The results of investigation shows that the legislative regulation of demands to ensuring the auditor’s independence is of great importance and it must provide the elaboration and application of obligatory preventive measures in working environment of user and responsible party,Item Сутнісна характеристика економічної безпеки держави як мультилатерального явища(КНТУ, 2016) Бережнюк, І. The article stated that the growth of external and internal threats to national economic security requires the development and use of effective mechanisms to neutralize and minimize the adverse action. The article is to study the nature and essential characteristics of the category of «economic security» as a as multilateral phenomenon. According to the author, the category of «security» is the general limit fundamental concept that reflects the most essential connections and relationships or activities exist in reality and knowledge is a basic category of Security Studies, which is a body of knowledge about safety and are multylateralnym that is versatile, versatile, multifaceted concept. For an enterprise developed and decided economic-mathematical model of optimization of betweenness by commodity cultures which provide basic profitability of enterprise.
