О.; Ivanchenko, VitaliyУ статті розкривається охорона праці, її організація, проблеми та перспективи у малих фермерських господарствах. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методологічних і практичних аспектів організації охорони праці малих фермерських господарств; метою статі є узагальнення теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів проблеми організації охорони праці та розробка науково обґрунтованих пропозицій щодо її покращення у малих фермерських господарствах. The article discloses the research of organisation of occupational health and safety at farms with the problems and prospects they encounter. The subject of the research is a complex of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of occupational safety at farms. The objective of the article is to generalise theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the problem of occupational safety organisation and to develop scientifically grounded suggestions concerning its improvement in farming. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is dialectical method of cognition of social and economic phenomena and systematic approach towards studying the conditions and mechanisms of organisation of occupational safety at farms. Their application allowed carrying out a complex and profound research of the ways of increasing safety level. We also used abstract and logical method particularly induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, formalisation and modelling. Analytical research includes methods of comparison, elimination, graphics, time series and grouping. Basic theoretical and methodological aspects of organisation of occupational health and safety at farms were investigated, clarified and characterised. On the basis of the analysis of farms’ sizes in Kirovohrad region and organisation of occupational safety at them, we characterised the organisation of occupational safety. It was suggested to differentiate organisation of occupational safety at small farms as self-organisation and at medium and large farms as occupational health and safety service. Main problems while organising occupational safety at farms were studied and the ways of their solving were outlined. The suggestions concerning improvement of occupational safety at farms were grounded. The results of the research are applied in the activity of farms, individual farming and enterprises of agricultural business.Item Професійне спрямування при формуванні знань з охорони праці у підготовці спеціалістів та магістрів за напрямом «Бухгалтерський облік та аудит»(КНТУ, 2011) Савченко, В. Обґрунтовано складові підготовки фахівців обліку та аудиту з питань охорони праці при викладанні фахових дисциплін, проведення виробничої та переддипломної практики, написані кваліфікаційних робіт. The problems of labour protection in Ukraine are considered in the article. The necessity of their calculation in the planning of educational process is also defined. The main features of training specialists of accounting and audit in the questions of labour protection in teaching specialized disciplines, carrying industrial and prediploma practice and writing qualifying works are grounded and writing qualifying works are grounded in the article.
