Item Основні принципи безвідходного виробництва сучасного АПК(ЦНТУ, 2017) Андрейченко, А. В.; Andreichenko, А.Для раціонального поєднання ефективності сільськогосподарської діяльності, екологічної безпеки та соціальної орієнтації в АПК велике значення має питання розвитку безвідходних технологій. У статті охарактеризовано такі принципи безвідходного виробництва як системність; комплексне використання сировинних і енергетичних ресурсів; циклічність матеріальних потоків; обмеження впливу виробництва на навколишнє середовище; раціональність організації. The purpose of the study is to determine and characterize the basic principles of non-waste production in the agro-industrial complex, the use of which minimizes the costs of raw materials and energy resources, limits the negative impact of production on the environment, rationalizes the production and economic activities of the agro-industrial complex. For the rational combination of the efficiency of agricultural activity, environmental safety and social orientation in the agro-industrial complex, the resolution of the issue of development of non-waste technologies has a great importance. Non-waste production involves the development of such technological processes that provide integrated processing of raw materials, which allows to use natural resources in an efficient way, to process waste products into goods for sale and to minimize environmental pollution. It is proved that the restructuring of existing production in the agro-industrial complex and ensuring the efficiency of technological processes is possible with the use of economically and environmentally balanced systems that exclude pollution of the environment. The task of non-waste productions introduction is to create closed cycles of production with the further recycling of raw materials, where each final link of one production serves as the starting point of the next. As a result of such approach, the environment does not receive waste and minimizes the negative consequences for the natural environment.Item Соціально-економічні передумови кадрового забезпечення інтегрованих структур в АПК : стан та перспективи розвитку в міжнародному контексті(ЦНТУ, 2017) Коваленко, С. Розглянуто основні соціально-економічні передумови кадрового забезпечення інтегрованих структур, загалом, та в агропромисловому комплексі, зокрема. Проаналізовано частку сільського населення та сільськогосподарських угідь у розрізі країн світу, в тому числі України. Розглянуто стан кадрового забезпечення сільської місцевості України на основі основних демографічних показників. Проаналізовано динаміку показників, які характеризують соціально- економічні передумови кадрового забезпечення інтегрованих структур в АПК України. Наведено комплекс заходів, направлених на вирішення проблем із кадровим забезпеченням інтегрованих структур в агропромисловому комплексі України. The paper is defined the necessity of forming integrated structures for improving the competitiveness of agroindustrial complex as the main component of sustainable development of economy and its national security at current stage of economy's reforming. Personnel provision as one of the formative factor in the process of the formation of integrated structures in the agroindustrial complex is distinguished. The main socio-economic preconditions of personnel provision of integrated structures in general and in the agro-industrial complex, in particular, are considered. The shares of rural population and agricultural lands in terms of countries of the world, including Ukraine are analyzed. The status of staffing of rural areas of Ukraine, the based on basic demographic indicators is considered. The dynamics of indicators, which are characterizing the socio-economic preconditions of personnel provision of integrated structures in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine, are analyzed. The complex of measures which could aim to solve the problems with personnel provision of integrated structures in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine is presented.Item Роль інновацій як стратегічного елементу інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств(КНТУ, 2013) Кіпіоро, I.
