Item Методичні підходи до оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу регіонів в контексті формування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур(ЦНТУ, 2017) Левченко, О. М.; Ткачук, О. В.; Levchenko, О.; Tkachuk, О.У статті досліджено переваги формування та розвитку інноваційно-інтегрованих структур в контексті зростання ефективності та інноваційної спрямованості національної економіки. Проведено аналіз рівня Глобального інноваційного індексу України в контексті міжнародних порівнянь та показників інноваційної активності за регіонами держави. Охарактеризовано чинники формування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур: законодавчо-нормативні, науково-дослідні, кадрові, фінансові, матеріально-ресурсні, технологічні, інфраструктурні та інформаційно-комунікативні. Визначено основні методи оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу регіонів (табличні і графічні методи, методи порівняння, експертні методи, методи соціологічних досліджень, рейтингові методи, методи інтегральної оцінки, методи моделювання і прогнозування), обґрунтовано пріоритетність застосування методу інтегральної оцінки та запропоновано етапи її проведення. The purpose of this research is to carry out a comparative analysis of methodological approaches to assessing the innovation potential of regions and to substantiate the feasibility of their application in conditions of clusterization of the economy. In the article the advantages of formation and development of innovation-integrated structures in the context of growth of efficiency and innovation orientation of the national economy are explored. The analysis of the level of the Global Innovation Index of Ukraine in the context of international comparisons and indicators of innovation activity by the regions of the state was conducted. The factors of formation of innovation-integrated structures were characterized: legislative-normative, research, personnel, financial, material-resource, technological, infrastructural and informational-communicative. It was highlighted the necessity of distinguishing approaches to the evaluation, firstly, the prerequisites for the formation of innovation-integrated structures, in particular, the innovation potential of territories, and secondly, the results of the activities of such structures. The main methods of estimating the innovative potential of the regions (tabular and graphic methods, methods of comparison, expert methods, methods of sociological research, rating methods, methods of integral estimation, methods of modeling and forecasting) were defined. Since different regions of Ukraine have sufficiently differentiated innovative potential, it was marked a feasibility of using an integrated methodology for evaluation the readiness of regions to form innovative-integrated structures, in line with a number of quantitative and qualitative criteria, which would justify the feasibility of creating certain structures for territories. Also, the stages of the innovation potential of territories evaluation were substantiated.Item Оптимізація процесів реалізації інноваційного потенціалу України в трансформаційних умовах(КНТУ, 2006) Єресько, І. А.; Popel, SergeyВ статті обґрунтовано основні завдання механізму формування інноваційного потенціалу промислового підприємства. Запропоновано трирівневу структуру механізму і розглянуто кожен із виділених рівнів. Наведена характеристика основних елементів механізму формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано методику аналізу стану інноваційного потенціалу та алгоритм оцінювання якості й прогнозування майбутнього рівня інноваційного потенціалу. The purpose of the article is to build three-tier mechanism of formation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises and research of its main elements. The main objectives of the mechanism of formation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises were justified in the article. Three-tier structure of the mechanism was proposed by the author and every of the selected levels were examined. The characteristic of the main elements of the mechanism of formation of innovative potential of the company was represented. The method of analysis of the innovation potential and quality assessment algorithm and prediction of future innovation potential were offered in the study. The proposed three-level mechanism of innovative potential of industrial enterprises allows it to quickly responding and appropriately responding to changing external economic environment.Item Удосконалення понятійного апарату визначення терміну „інноваційно-інвестиційний потенціал підприємства”(КНТУ, 2011) Дем’янчук, М. А.; Demyanchuk, M.В статті проведено аналіз існуючих у науковій літературі термінів „інноваційний потенціал”, „інвестиційний потенціал”, „інвестиційно-інноваційний потенціал”. Виділено основні напрями проблем в сфері здійснення інноваційної діяльності підприємствами. Висвітлені проблеми є передумовою об'єднання таких понять як інноваційний та інвестиційний потенціали. Удосконалено термін „інноваційно-інвестиційний потенціал підприємства”. In article the analysis of terms existing in the scientific literature «innovative potential», «investment potential», «investment-innovative potential» is carried out. Problematic directions in sphere of realization of innovative activity are allocated by the enterprises. The covered problems are a precondition of association of such concepts as innovative and investment potentials. The professional potential innovation development necessity, which consists of labour force with higher education and represents the main qualitative characteristics of human capital of the society, is argued in the paper. The main features of the professional potential innovation development are determined and the principal directions of this process providence are offered.Item Регулювання зайнятості населення в інноваційній сфері як чинник підвищення рівня доходів(КНТУ, 2014) Гаркавенко, Н. О.; Garkavenko, NataliaУ статті визначено пріоритетні напрями вдосконалення регулювання зайнятості населення в інноваційній сфері як одного з важливих факторів підвищення добробуту населення на основі вивчення таких його складових, як інноваційний потенціал, дохід та зайнятість. Запропоновано шляхи поліпшення державного регулювання зайнятості населення у розрізі правового, організаційного, економічного та інформаційного блоків. The imbalance between supply and demand in the labor market of Ukraine is escalated in modern conditions. The existing disparities in the labor market constrain the possibilities of implementing effective mechanisms for a decent wage, high income and living standards of the country. The state's role in the regulation of employment in such conditions should vary from the policy of fighting unemployment to the policy of economically rational, highly productive employment. The article outlines the priority areas to improve the regulation of employment in the innovation field as one of the important factors of welfare increasing by studying its components such as innovation capacity, income and employment. The possible ways to overcome the current global crisis in all spheres of society is a reorientation of the use of available human potential towards intensive, innovative direction of development. The ways of improving state regulation of employment in terms of legal, organizational, economic and informational blocks have been suggested. The main activities in the legal field include the renovation and modernization of the existing legislative framework for the regulation of employment in the context of their focus on solving problems of innovative development of national economy. Organizational unit provides solutions to issues such as reorientation of the public employment services to encourage economically rational, highly productive employment in innovation-oriented sectors. The main objectives of the economical block are to provide the differentiation of income of the population depending on labor input, innovation work and its resulting impact on the final economic performance. Informational unit provides continuous monitoring of employment in general and in the innovation area.Item Оцінка економічного потенціалу регіону при формуванні стратегії його розвитку(КНТУ, 2011) Гришина, Л. Розроблені підходи до визначення сутності інноваційного потенціалу. The aim of this article is determination of the concept “innovation potential” and its structure. The logical way of studying is the essence of the concept “innovation potential” to get the meaning innovation components and potential. Innovation should be considered like the end of an innovative activity with getting the positive result. In the general meaning the potential is the available opportunities, the resources, the stocks that can be used for reaching some aim, solving any task or for supporting and saving anything. According to UNSCO, the innovation potential of a country – is the complex of resources that the country has and which is used for making scientific researches, inventions and technical innovations and for solving national and international govermental problems. Thus, innovation potential is the ability to provide the expected income in the way of application innovations in different fields (production, management, financial and marketing activities) etc. and the complex of overt and covert resources, that are required for making innovations and effective implementation of economic activity’s subjects innovative strategy.
