Зазначається, що він виступає засобом нормативної легітимізації відносин власності, визначає механізм узгодження та рівень адекватності політичних, економічних, соціальних, правових та інших відносин суб’єктів господарювання, через які забезпечується регулюючий вплив держави на інститути влади, довіри, конкуренції тощо з метою розвитку інституту державної власності. The meaning of the institutional mechanism in the implementation of public ownership in national economy is researched. It takes the part as a means of the regulatory legitimization of relations to ownership; determines the mechanism of the agreement and the level of adequacy of political, economic, social, legal and otter relations of economic agents through which controlling authority with the institution of power, trust, competition and so on is secured with a view to develop the institution of public ownership.Item Структура та складові соціального капіталу суспільства(КНТУ, 2014) Сибірцев, В. В.; Sybirtsev, VolodymyrУдосконалено теоретичні положення щодо встановлення сутності та природи виникнення соціального капіталу суспільства. Узагальнено та надано характеристику підходів (ресурсного, мережево-комунікативного, інституціонального, функціонального) до визначення структури та складових соціального капіталу. Встановлено джерела формування та визначено характер взаємозв’язків складових соціального капіталу суспільства. Визначено функції інституціонального проектування складових соціального капіталу. Generalization of theoretical approaches and substantiation of the provisions concerning the definition of the structure and components of the social capital in society is the aim of the study. Theoretical approaches concerning the establishment of the entity and the nature of social capital in society has been improved. Pithy characterization approaches (resource, network-communication, institutional, functional) to the definition of the structure and components of the social capital is given and generalized. The need for integration of selected approaches that are a reflection of certain aspects of the existence and development of the social phenomenon of social capital is proven. Sources of formation of the set and the nature of relationships between components of the social capital of society were defined. Functions of the institutional design of the components of the social capital were defined. Social capital is the foundation of integration acts of unity and relationship processes in their productive joint activities of the members of society, identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency of management.
