Item Основні принципи безвідходного виробництва сучасного АПК(ЦНТУ, 2017) Андрейченко, А. В.; Andreichenko, А.Для раціонального поєднання ефективності сільськогосподарської діяльності, екологічної безпеки та соціальної орієнтації в АПК велике значення має питання розвитку безвідходних технологій. У статті охарактеризовано такі принципи безвідходного виробництва як системність; комплексне використання сировинних і енергетичних ресурсів; циклічність матеріальних потоків; обмеження впливу виробництва на навколишнє середовище; раціональність організації. The purpose of the study is to determine and characterize the basic principles of non-waste production in the agro-industrial complex, the use of which minimizes the costs of raw materials and energy resources, limits the negative impact of production on the environment, rationalizes the production and economic activities of the agro-industrial complex. For the rational combination of the efficiency of agricultural activity, environmental safety and social orientation in the agro-industrial complex, the resolution of the issue of development of non-waste technologies has a great importance. Non-waste production involves the development of such technological processes that provide integrated processing of raw materials, which allows to use natural resources in an efficient way, to process waste products into goods for sale and to minimize environmental pollution. It is proved that the restructuring of existing production in the agro-industrial complex and ensuring the efficiency of technological processes is possible with the use of economically and environmentally balanced systems that exclude pollution of the environment. The task of non-waste productions introduction is to create closed cycles of production with the further recycling of raw materials, where each final link of one production serves as the starting point of the next. As a result of such approach, the environment does not receive waste and minimizes the negative consequences for the natural environment.Item Роль інновацій як стратегічного елементу інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств(КНТУ, 2013) Кіпіоро, I. В.; Kernasyuk, Yu.В статті досліджено сучасний стан розвитку економіки Кіровоградської області. Визначено фактори розвитку аграрного сектору економіки, що впливають на динаміку валового регіонального продукту. Здійснене прогнозування валового регіонального продукту із врахуванням аналізу впливу обсягу освоєння капітальних інвестицій у сільському господарстві і мінливості аграрного виробництва в умовах зміни клімату. На основі застосування методу економетричного моделювання розроблено методичний підхід до побудови моделі прогнозування валового регіонального продукту. Сутність запропонованого підходу базується на поєднанні методів багатофакторного прогнозування і інструменту виробничої функції.The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate a model for predicting the dynamics of the gross regional product of the Kirovograd region, which assumes an assessment of the state of development of agricultural production and the volume of development of capital investments in agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The peculiarity of forecasting at the regional level is the need to take into account the available innovative potential, exogenous, and endogenous factors of influence. For forecasting, it is advisable to identify an analytical dependence, to construct a regression space-time model. The factors of development of the agrarian sector of the economy that affect the dynamics of the gross regional product are determined. The forecast of the gross regional product has been carried out, taking into account the analysis of the impact of the volume of development of capital investments in agriculture and the variability of agricultural production in the face of climate change. By results of researches on the basis of application of a method of econometric modeling the methodical approach to construction of model of forecasting of a total regional product is developed. The essence of the proposed approach is based on a combination of multifactor forecasting methods and the production function tool.Item Моделі справляння податку на додану вартість у сфері сільськогосподарського виробництва та їх впровадження на регіональному рівні(ЦНТУ, 2017) Лисенко, А. М.; Lysenko, А.На основі систематизації базових моделей справляння податку на додану вартість (ПДВ) у сфері сільськогосподарського виробництва та з урахуванням особливостей розвитку аграрного сектора Кіровоградської області здійснені варіантні розрахунки, оцінено наслідки можливої реалізації окремих моделей для сільськогосподарських товаровиробників на регіональному рівні. The aim of this study is an assessment of the consequences of the possible implementation of certain models of VAT collection for agricultural producers at the regional level, taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the agrarian sector of the Kirovograd region. On the basis of systematization of the basic models for the collection of value added tax (VAT) in the field of agricultural production and taking into account the peculiarities of the agrarian sector development in the Kirovograd region, the author made variant calculations, evaluated the effects of the possible implementation of certain models for agricultural producers at the regional level. It is established that VAT accumulation ensures increase of profitability of wheat production in agricultural enterprises of Kirovohrad region from 39,4% (0-variant) to 55,3% (with VAT). The introduction of models of taxation of agricultural producers to the value-added tax should be implemented taking into account the peculiarities of the development of branches of agrarian production in certain regions of Ukraine and orientation to the basic norms of the legislation of the EU.Item Розвиток фермерського господарства у центральних областях України у період її незалежності(КНТУ, 2016) Нестеренко, Ю. О.; Nesterenko, YuliyaРозглянуто тенденції розвитку фермерських господарств центрального регіону України у період незалежності держави. Проаналізовано внесок фермерських господарств у процес сільськогосподарського виробництва, становище та розвиток даного напряму господарювання у центральних областях України. Проведено аналіз досліджень та публікацій з даної проблематики та обґрунтовані перспективні напрями економічних досліджень в цій сфері. The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends of development and current state of farming in the central regions of Ukraine. According to the statistics there are 39,428 farms in Ukraine, 11013 of which are in the territory of the central regions of our country, namely in the Vinnytsia region - 1923 farms, Dnepropetrovsk region - 3348, Kirovohrad region - 2609, Poltava region - 1849 and in the Cherkassy region 1284 farms. After reviewing the statistics on farms of central regions of Ukraine it was found that in terms of the number of farms, agricultural land which they occupy, area of arable land and the number of employees both men and women Dnipropetrovsk is a leading region but in recent years the championship of production of gross output this category of farms were occupied by Kirovohrad region. After this study, it was found that is reasonable to develop regional or even zonal programs of state support for producers and the effect of environmental factors in the development of methodological recommendations on activities not only farmers but all enterprises of the agricultural sector.Item Особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств сільського господарства(КНТУ, 2015) Фрунза, С. А.; Frunza, S.У статті визначено особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств сільського господарства та розроблено напрями його удосконалення. Досліджено причини незадовільного фінансового стану та інвестиційного клімату сільського господарства, а також запропоновані заходи удосконалення цього процесу шляхом залучення зовнішніх інвестицій. The aim of the research is to develop evidence-based practical recommendations for improving financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises, by defining the key directions of improvement of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in conditions of market change and transformation. The article defines the peculiarities of management of investment activity of agricultural enterprises. The directions of its improvement were developed. The causes of the poor financial condition and the investment climate of agriculture, as well as proposed measures to improve that process by attracting third party investment were investigated. The main directions of improvement of a financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises may be proposed: to create effective management decisions aimed at increase of profitability of the investment project; to create necessary conditions for productive employment in the agricultural sector; to establish state regulation of prices.Item Сімейні фермерські господарства: тенденції розвитку в світі та сучасний напрям господарювання в Україні(КНТУ, 2015) Нестеренко, Ю. О.; Nesterenko, Y.Розглянуто тенденції розвитку сімейних фермерських господарств у світі та пріоритети його регулювання. Проаналізовано внесок господарств населення України у розвиток сільськогосподарського виробництва, становище та розвиток даного напряму господарювання в Україні. Проведено аналіз досліджень та публікацій з даної проблематики та обґрунтовані перспективні напрями економічних досліджень в цій сфері. Досліджено напрями удосконалення законодавчого регулювання діяльності сімейних фермерських господарств в Україні. The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of family farms to the world economy and the state of its implementation of the economic activity in Ukraine. Tendencies of development of family farms in the world and the priorities of its regulation were considered. It was established that, 500 million out of 570 million farms that exist - are family farms, they account for about 98% of the world's agricultural land, and they produce more than 50% of agricultural production. It was proved that the Food and Agriculture Organization of UN refers to family farms all kinds of family agricultural activities, covering several areas of rural development. It was determined that the "analog" to world family farms in Ukraine are the personal farms, which occupy an important place in agricultural production in Ukraine. We proved that their legal status and actual conditions of substantially different from the foreign practice. We considered Ukraine's contribution of households in the development of agricultural production, the position and direction of economic development in Ukraine. It was determined that the transition to a new level of rural economic activity should improve the legal regulation of the transition from the existing forms of farming to new require in-depth study and improvement of legal, economic and tax issues for the establishment and operation of family farms and their state support and capacity release to the market of agricultural goods. Grounded further ways of improving legislative regulation of family farms in Ukraine.
