Розроблено пропозиції щодо активізації співпраці роботодавців та ВНЗ як чинника вдосконалення стратегії розвитку машинобудівних підприємств, The aim of this article is development of suggestions in relation to activation of employers and higher educational institutions collaboration as factor of perfection of machine-building enterprises development strategy. In this article the basic questions and problems of national machine-building enterprises steady development strategy forming on innovative principles are considered. The types of strategies of enterprises development, stages of the strategic planning on an enterprise, essence of traditional and modem models of cooperation of enterprises and higher educational institutions are reflected. Suggestions in relation to activation of collaboration of employers and higher educational institutions as factor of perfection of machine-building enterprises development strategy are made. Thus, the basic directions of activation of employers and higher educational institutions collaboration include such as: strengthening of co-operation of science, education and production; creation of pre-conditions for forming and development of intellectual potential; development and claim of methodology of determination of current and prognostication of perspective requirements in specialists and others.Item Regulation of Employees' Competitiveness on the Basis of Activation of Social Partnership(КНТУ, 2014) Danevych, Nikolay; Даневич, М. В.The need of intensification of a role of social interaction of employers, labor unions and public authorities for questions of support and increase of employees' competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises has been proved. The activation of a social dialog between employers and labor unions for the sake of saving labor capacity of the enterprises, increase of workers' competitiveness on the basis of modernization of workplaces, retraining of staff has been suggested. Обґрунтовано необхідність підвищення ролі соціальної взаємодії роботодавців, профспілок та органів державної влади в питаннях підтримки та підвищення конкурентоспроможності працівників українських підприємств. Запропоновано активізувати соціальний діалог роботодавців та профспілкових організацій заради збереження трудового потенціалу підприємств, підвищення конкурентоспроможності працівників на основі модернізації робочих місць, перенавчання персоналу.
