Проведено аналіз процесу обжиму товстостінних трубних заготовок та особливостей існуючих методів отримання таких виробів. Визначена математична модель обжиму трубної анізотропічної заготовки вісесиметричним конічним пуансоном. Проведено чисельне моделювання обжиму трубної анізотропічної заготовки вісесиметричним конічним пуансоном. Проведено графічний аналіз оцінки впливу технологічних параметрів, кута конусності пуансона, умов тертя на контактній поверхні робочого інструмента і заготовки, анізотропії механічних властивостей заготовки на напружений і деформований стан, силові режими і граничні можливості формозміни операції обжиму товстостінних трубних заготовок. За допомогою комп’ютерного моделювання в програмному комплексі DEFORM 2D/3D проведено аналіз операційного переходу технологічного процесу обжиму товстостінних трубних заготовок. The purpose of the study is to study the operation of crimping thick-walled pipe blanks based on the analysis of the stress-strain state of the blank during plastic deformation for a reasonable choice of the main technological parameters of the deformation process. An analysis of the process of crimping thick-walled pipe blanks and features of the existing methods of obtaining such products was carried out. The mathematical model of the crimping of the pipe anisotropic workpiece with an axisymmetric conical punch is determined. Numerical modeling of the crimping of an anisotropic pipe blank with an axisymmetric conical punch was carried out. A graphical analysis of the influence of technological parameters, the taper angle of the punch, the conditions of friction on the contact surface of the working tool and the workpiece, the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the workpiece on the stressed and deformed state, force modes and the limit possibilities of the shape change of the crimping operation of thick-walled pipe blanks was carried out. Встановлені розподіли напружень та деформацій в здеформованому напівфабрикаті та виявлено кінцеву форму і розміри напівфабрикату після роздачі. The purpose of the study is to study the operation of distributing the cut billet based on the analysis of the stress-strain state of the billet during plastic deformation for a reasonable choice of the main technological parameters of the deformation process. An analysis of the process of distributing pipe blanks and the features of existing methods of obtaining such products was carried out. A mathematical model of distribution of an anisotropic pipe billet by an axisymmetric conical punch was determined. With the help of computer modeling in the DEFORM 2D/3D software complex, an analysis of the operational transition of the technological process of distributing the pipe billet was carried out. The distributions of stresses and strains in the deformed semi-finished product were established, and the final shape and dimensions of the semi-finished product after distribution were revealed.Item type:Item, Дослідження пресування труб змінного перерізу(ЦНТУ, 2024-12-29) Карета, Віталій Вікторович; Kareta, VitalyМетою дослідження є на основі теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень встановити вплив параметрів пресового інструменту на зміну геометричних розмірів виробів при пресуванні труб. Представлена постановка задачі математического дослідження процесу пресування труб змінного сечення. Розроблена математическая модель определения усилий пресования при використанні специфічної профілювання пресового інструменту, що дозволяє спрогнозувати можливість виготовлення труби заданого сортаменту і визначити раціональну форму пресового інструменту. Представлені результати численного дослідження процесу пресування з використанням отриманої моделі. Аналізом напруженого стану і режимів пресування заготовки дано рекомендації щодо технологічного процесу пресування труб змінного перерізу і підвищення якості виробів, а також досягнення більшої стійкості робочих пресових інструментів. The purpose of the study is to establish the influence of the parameters of the press tool on the change in the geometric dimensions of the products during pipe pressing, based on theoretical and experimental studies. The formulation of the problem of mathematical research of the process of pressing pipes of variable cross-section is presented. A mathematical model for determining the pressing forces when using specific profiling of the press tool was developed, which allows predicting the possibility of manufacturing a pipe of a given assortment and determining the rational shape of the press tool. The results of numerous studies of the pressing process using the obtained model are presented. The analysis of the stress state and modes of pressing the workpiece provides recommendations for the technological process of pressing pipes of variable section and improving the quality of products, as well as achieving greater stability of working press tools.Item type:Item, Моделювання процесу екструзії труб конічно-ступінчастими голками(ЦНТУ, 2024-12-29) Гончаренко, Артур Сергійович; Honcharenko, ArturМетою дослідження є на основі теоретичних і експериментальних досліджень встановити вплив різних деформаційних умов, що регламентують технологічні можливості пресування труб з конічно-ступінчастими голками. Шляхом комп’ютерного проектування динаміки вогнища деформації і напружено-деформованого стану металу встановлені можливості для проектування і реалізації технологічного процесу пресування труб з конічно-ступінчастими голками. Виявлений вплив різних форм утворюючих пресового інструменту на характер формування енергосилових параметрів процесу деформації. Комп’ютерним моделюванням процесу пресування труб з конічно-ступінчастими голками встановлено розподіл інтенсивностей напружень по стадіям пресування та картину течії металу за викривленнями координатної сітки. Аналізом напруженого стану і режимів пресування заготовки дано рекомендації щодо технологічного процесу пресування труб з конічно-ступінчастими голками і підвищення якості виробів, а також досягнення більшої стійкості робочих пресових інструментів. The purpose of the study is to establish the influence of various deformation conditions, which regulate the technological possibilities of pressing pipes with conical-stepped needles, on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies. By means of computer design of the dynamics of the deformation center and the stress-strain state of the metal, the possibilities for the design and implementation of the technological process of pressing pipes with conical-stepped needles have been established. The influence of different forms of the forming press tool on the nature of the formation of energy parameters of the deformation process is revealed. Computer modeling of the process of pressing pipes with conical-stepped needles established the distribution of stress intensities by stages of pressing and the pattern of metal flow according to the curvatures of the coordinate grid. The analysis of the stress state and modes of pressing the workpiece provides recommendations on the technological process of pressing pipes with conical-stepped needles and improving the quality of products, as well as achieving greater stability of working press tools.Item type:Item, Обліково-інформаційне забезпечення оцінки ефективності грошових потоків підприємства(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-15) Слободяник, Альона Миколаївна; Slobodianyk, AlyonaУ першому розділі висвітлюється сутність грошових потоків підприємства, їх види, підходи щодо класифікації та визначаються фактори, які обумовлюють їх формування, розкриваються підходи до формування інформації про грошові потоки в системі бухгалтерського обліку та методика оцінки ефективності грошових потоків на підставі проведення аналітичних процедур. В другому розділі описуються організаційні засади провадження діяльності досліджуваного підприємства, здійснюється аналіз його основних фінансово-економічних показників діяльності, надається характеристика порядку та організації ведення бухгалтерського обліку грошових коштів, висвітлюється інформація щодо показників руху грошових коштів в облікових регістрах і звітності за основними його напрямками, здійснюється оцінка ефективності грошових потоків підприємства. Третій розділ містить рекомендації щодо удосконалення методики і організації обліку та аналізу грошових потоків, визначаються пріоритетні напрямки оптимізації грошових потоків. У другому розділі «Облік та аналіз основних засобів у системі прийняття управлінських рішень щодо підвищення ефективності їх використання у ТОВ «Три Стар» здійснено організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, досліджено особливості організації обліку та аналізу в ТОВ «Три Стар» у контексті функціонування системи підтримки прийняття рішень, вивчено процес ведення обліку та проведено аналіз основних засобів у системі прийняття управлінських рішень щодо підвищення ефективності їх використання на підприємстві. В третьому розділі «Удосконалення обліку та аналізу основних засобів у системі прийняття управлінських рішень щодо підвищення ефективності їх використання» розроблено напрямки удосконалення обліку основних засобів у системі підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень, шляхи підвищення ефективності використання основних засобів та пропозиції щодо удосконалення методики проведення аналізу. In the first chapter "Theoretical principles of accounting and analysis of fixed assets in the management decision-making system for increasing the efficiency of their use" the scientific approach to determining the essence of fixed assets and their classification is considered, the theoretical principles of accounting for fixed assets in the management system of the material and technical base of the enterprise are investigated, disclosed the method of analysis of fixed assets in the decision-making system for increasing the efficiency of their use. In the second chapter "Accounting and analysis of fixed assets in the management decision-making system regarding the improvement of the efficiency of their use at Three Star LLC, the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise were carried out, the peculiarities of the organization of accounting and analysis at Three Star LLC were investigated in the context of the operation of the adoption support system decisions, the accounting process was studied and the analysis of fixed assets in the management decision-making system was carried out in order to improve the efficiency of their use at the enterprise. In the third section, "Improving the accounting and analysis of fixed assets in the management decision-making system to improve the efficiency of their use", directions for improving the accounting of fixed assets in the management decision-making support system, ways to increase the efficiency of the use of fixed assets and proposals for improving the analysis methodology have been developed.
