Item Розробка напрямків покращення фінансово-економічного стану підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «БУДІВЕЛЬНА ГІЛЬДІЯ «КІРОВОГРАД» м. У першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні основи фінансово-економічного аналізу діяльності підприємств. Проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз показників фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «БУДІВЕЛЬНА ГІЛЬДІЯ «КІРОВОГРАД». Побудована модель п’яти сил конкуренції М. Портера для досліджуваного підприємства. Проведено аналіз фінансового стану ТОВ «БУДІВЕЛЬНА ГІЛЬДІЯ «КІРОВОГРАД» та визначено, що підприємство є прибутковим. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано впровадження двоїх взаємоінтегрованих інформаційних систем: ERP BAS для управління ресурсами підприємства та систему GPS-моніторингу транспортних перевезень. Запровадження запропонованих заходів щодо оптимізації бізнес-процесів дозволять досягти суттєвої економії паливно-мастильних матеріалів на рівні 10% від поточного споживання. Формування єдиного інформаційного простору та налагодження системи оперативного моніторингу ключових бізнес-процесів створить передумови для підвищення якості управлінських рішень завдяки доступу до актуальної та верифікованої інформації в режимі реального часу, що суттево покращить фінансово-економічний стан підприємства. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, defines the goal, object and subject of the study. In the first section of the work, the theoretical foundations of the financial and economic analysis of the activities of enterprises are investigated. Factors affecting the financial and economic activities of the enterprise are analyzed. In the second section of the work, an analysis of the indicators of the financial and economic condition of LLC "BUDIVELNA GILDIA "KIROVOGRAD" is carried out. A model of M. Porter's five forces of competition is built for the enterprise under study. An analysis of the financial condition of LLC "BUDIVELNA GILDIA "KIROVOGRAD" and it is determined that the enterprise is profitable. The third section justifies the implementation of two integrated information systems: ERP BAS for enterprise resource management and GPS monitoring system for transport. The implementation of the proposed measures to optimize business processes will allow achieving significant savings in fuel and lubricants at the level of 10% of current consumption. The formation of a single information space and the establishment of a system for operational monitoring of key business processes will create the prerequisites for improving the quality of management decisions due to access to relevant and verified information in real time, which will significantly improve the financial and economic condition of the enterprise.Item Розвиток інформаційних систем управління підприємством (на прикладі ТОВ «КОД», м. Визначити сутність, структура та класифікацію інформаційних систем, інформаційних систем управління підприємством та інформаційно-аналітичних систем. В другому розділі досліджені виклики сучасного бізнес-середовища та визначено їх вплив на інформаційні системи, проаналізовано підприємство ТОВ «КОД» (його конкурентне середовище, показники прибутковості, ліквідності та фінансової стійкості), виконано аналіз впроваджених інформаційних систем управління. В третьому розділі роботи обґрунтовані напрями вдосконалення інформаційних систем управління та автоматизації бізнес-процесів на ТОВ «КОД», запропоновані рекомендації щодо підвищення стійкості інформаційних систем управління до зовнішніх викликів. The purpose of the qualification work is to rethink the theoretical basis and propose ideas for improving the management of business processes of an enterprise. The following tasks were set and solved in the work: - study the theoretical basis of enterprise business process management; - the specifics of the functioning of business processes of an enterprise in the road construction industry are determined; - the economic activity and the state of business process management were analyzed on the basis of practical cases of the Kirovohrad Road Maintenance Branch of the Kirovohrad Oblast Road; - the vectors for optimizing the management of business processes at the Kirovohrad Road Maintenance Branch (automation and information technology; human resource management; procurement management, project management automation; working time tracking; use of IoT technologies for monitoring equipment condition and automatic diagnostics) are substantiated and identified; - the author's view on the directions of innovative management of resource support for the sustainability of business processes of the Kirovohrad Road Maintenance Branch is outlined. Проаналізовано сутність поняття «бізнес-процес». Визначено специфіку бізнес-процесів в медичній галузі. Проведено аналіз медичних інформаційних систем. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз показників фінансового стану КНП «КОЛ КОР». Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства. Здійснено SWOT-аналіз та аналіз рентабельності та витрат підприємства. У третьому розділі розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації бізнес-процесів діяльності підприємства. Запропоновані напрями оптимізації бізнес-процесів в медзакладах. Запропоновані проєкт впровадження лабораторної інформаційної системи та технічне завдання до проєкту впровадження. Проведено розрахунок капіталовкладень та економічного ефекту від впровадження лабораторної інформаційної системи. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical aspects of the business processes of health care institutions are investigated. The essence of the concept of "business process" is analyzed. The specificity of business processes in the medical field is determined. An analysis of medical information systems was carried out. In the second section of the work, an analysis of the indicators of the financial condition of the "KOL KOR" KNP was carried out. The general organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are given. A SWOT analysis and an analysis of the company's profitability and costs were carried out. In the third section, scientific and practical recommendations for optimizing the business processes of the enterprise are developed. Proposed directions for optimization of business processes in medical institutions. The proposed implementation project of the laboratory information system and the technical task for the implementation project. The calculation of capital investments and the economic effect of the implementation of the laboratory information system was carried out.
