Проаналізовано теоретичні концепції міжнародної міграції людських ресурсів. Обґрунтовано методику оцінки впливу еміграції на економіку країни. Визначено структурно-динамічні характеристики міграції в Україні. Проведено оцінку взаємозв’язку еміграції та показників ринку праці та впливу еміграції на економічне зростання України. Проаналізовано досвід європейських країн у вирішенні проблеми еміграції та обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями підвищення ефективності міграційної політики України для зменшення еміграційного потоку та повернення трудових мігрантів після завершення війни. In the master's thesis, the essential characteristics of the international migration of human resources are defined and the main attention is paid to emigration. The theoretical concepts of international migration of human resources are analyzed. The method of assessing the impact of emigration on the country's economy is substantiated. The structural and dynamic characteristics of migration in Ukraine are determined. An assessment of the relationship between emigration and labor market indicators and the impact of emigration on the economic growth of Ukraine was carried out. The experience of European countries in solving the problem of emigration is analyzed and the strategic directions for increasing the effectiveness of the migration policy of Ukraine to reduce the emigration flow and the return of labor migrants after the end of the war are substantiated.Item Облік і контроль праці та її оплати у закладах дошкільної освіти(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-25) Врадій, Руслан Едуардович; Vradiy, RuslanУ вступі роботи узагальнено актуальність, мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет, інформаційну базу, методи дослідження та структуру випускної кваліфікаційної роботи, а також наведено наукове і практичне значення здійсненого дослідження та апробацію його результатів. Перший розділ представляє працю та її оплату як соціально-економічні категорії, особливості відображення праці та її оплати у закладах дошкільної освіти, організаційно-методичні аспекти обліку та контролю розрахунків з оплати праці. У другому розділі наведено організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності закладу дошкільної освіти № 1 «Пролісок» Компаніївської селищної ради, смт. Компаніївка, Компаніївський р-н., Кіровоградська обл., а також на практичному досвіді представлено особливості обліку та контролю праці і її оплати у ньому. Третій розділ містить напрямки поліпшення організації та методики обліку і контролю розрахунків з оплати праці в закладах дошкільної освіти, а також рекомендації з удосконалення механізму здійснення оплати праці. Висновки роботи містять узагальнення отриманих результатів дослідження. The introduction of the work summarizes the relevance, purpose, task, object, subject, information base, research methods and structure of the final qualification work, as well as the scientific and practical significance of the conducted research and the approval of its results. The first section presents work and its payment as socio-economic categories, features of the display of work and its payment in preschool education institutions, organizational and methodical aspects of accounting and control of payment calculations. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the preschool education institution No. 1 "Prolisok" of the Company settlement council, village Kompaniivka, Kompaniiv district, Kirovohrad region, as well as practical experience features of labor accounting and control and its payment are presented. The third section contains directions for improving the organization and methods of accounting and control of payment calculations in preschool education institutions, as well as recommendations for improving the payment mechanism. Узагальнено сутнісні ознаки міграції як форми міжнародних відносин. Систематизовано чинники міграції та фактори впливу міграції на економіку приймаючої країни і країни-донора мігрантів. Проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки міграційних процесів та обґрунтовано методику дослідження імміграції до країн ЄС. Охарактеризовано динаміку та структуру імміграційних потоків в країнах ЄС. Проаналізовано принципи та засади спільної політики ЄС щодо імміграції. Визначено зміни у динаміці та структурі імміграційних потоків в країнах ЄС під впливом війни в Україні. Проведено оцінку впливу імміграції на економічне зростання країн ЄС. Розроблено прогнозні сценарії впливу біженців з України на стан ринку праці та економічне зростання країн ЄС. The master's thesis is devoted to the study of changes occurring in migration processes in the EU. Essential features of migration as a form of international relations are summarized. The factors of migration and factors of the impact of migration on the economy of the host country and the donor country of migrants are systematized. The methodical approaches to the assessment of migration processes are analyzed and the methodology of the study of immigration to the EU countries is substantiated. The dynamics and structure of immigration flows in EU countries are characterized. The principles and principles of the common EU policy on immigration are analyzed. Changes in the dynamics and structure of immigration flows in the EU countries under the influence of the war in Ukraine are determined. The impact of immigration on the economic growth of EU countries has been evaluated. Predictive scenarios of the impact of refugees from Ukraine on the state of the labor market and economic growth of EU countries have been developed.Item Напрями вдосконалення регулювання ринку праці України у сучасних умовах(ЦНТУ, 2024-01) Ушенко, Олександр Павлович; Ushenko, OleksandrМета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні напрямів регулювання ринку праці в умовах воєнного стану та для відбудови України. У роботі здобувачем вирішено наступні завдання: узагальнено теоретичні основи функціонування ринку праці, сфери зайнятості населення та механізму його регулювання; здійснено моніторинг ринку праці України з метою визначення тенденцій та змін у його функціонуванні; охарактеризовано умови та рівень зайнятості уразливих груп населення на ринку праці України; проведено кластерний аналіз ринку праці України у регіональному розрізі; обґрунтовано напрямки регулювання ринку праці стабілізаційного та адаптивного характеру в контексті потреб післявоєнного відновлення України; розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо сприяння зайнятості ветеранів війни на вітчизняному ринку праці на засадах принципів гідної праці. Об'єктом дослідження є напрями регулювання ринку праці України як невід'ємної складової національної економіки. The purpose of the qualification work is to justify the direction of regulation of the labor market in the conditions of martial law and for the reconstruction of Ukraine. In the work, the acquirer solved the following tasks: were summarized the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the labor market, the sphere of employment of the population and the mechanism of its regulation; monitoring of the labor market of Ukraine was carried out in order to determine trends and changes in its functioning; the conditions and level of employment of vulnerable population groups in the labor market of Ukraine were characterized; the cluster analysis of the labor market of Ukraine was carried out regionally; the directions of stabilization and adaptive labor market regulation in the context of the needs of post-war recovery of Ukraine were substantiated; the practical recommendations to promote the employment of war veterans in the domestic labor market based on the principles of decent work have been developed. The object of the study is the directions of regulation of the labor market of Ukraine as an integral component of the national economy.
